One little thing I noticed in this update is the icon for game carts is more specific now. For instance Switch 1 games look like Switch 1 carts now, and are black. Switch 2 games have a red cart icon. Virtual game cards have the same nondescript icon. This is nicer because it shows a difference between physical and digital titles at least now.

Does this fix the Wifi 5Ghz issues? Beyond annoyed at my Switch 2 not connecting to the network despite it seeing it.

Might even do a factory reset in the hopes that it would fix it!

The patent they described has already partially been implemented for years. You'd get rewarded platinum coins for doing certain challenges like finishing an F-Zero 99 race and those coins could be spent on profile icons or physical stuff on their site.

Nintendo will have achievements, but you will see a pop up first that will ask you to pay a dollar for each one you want to register.

Heard this was an issue with Japanese Switch 1 consoles when in US. Is your console matching your region?

Yes I bought it from a reputable retailer and it's got my country's age rating on the box.

I have a feeling it has to with the migration from my Switch 1.

I went to see the video and it turns out I had already tried his solution out. Didn't work sadly.
