I called this when they showed the Switch trailer. Nintendo saw how popular the faceplates for n3DS were, that was just the start. They're gonna crank that up to 11 for the Switch: lots of different Joycons with different designs and aesthetics.

I think the price comes down to a 50/50 split between either $250 and $300.

They need to bundle it if the price is 300$/euros, otherwise it is 400$/e with two launch games, and I'm not talking accessories here...

They need to sell the damn thing first, make is 250e with one or two remasters, or just 200e for the standalone machine

That was one of Wii U's biggest mistake. It's sure is unrrealistic but they need to be agressive on price in order to compete with multiple opponents on similar markets

Still debating when to go.
First it was 30 minutes early, then an hour, now it's at 2 hours!!!

I think I'd gauge it based on how busy that Gamestop gets. For mine, I'd imagine it would fall under the 20-30 pre-order amount. So if you know how busy it is then schedule accordingly.
