When did you order? CS reps are being told this
Nice, I ordered last night too but mine still says undefined March 3rd.
I ordered through Best Buy for in store pickup. The status has been pre-ordered since the day I placed the order. I've seen a lot of people say it will stay in the processing phase until you get an email saying it's available in store for pickup. I want to believe that is the case, but never having the order update for in store pickup orders seems baffling...

God. Gamestop charged my card for Zelda Master Edition on Sunday. Still no shipping notification. Amazon still shows my Switch as Not Yet Shipped. I'm in Los Angeles. This is driving me crazy!!!

I mean, all game cases are kind of a waste of plastic, even DVD cases, because we all know they can fit in a CD jewel case. It's about presentation, and catching the consumer's attention I think.
You could argue "why aren't these at least only about as big as a vita or 3ds case?" and I'd say it's because Nintendo is trying to market this thing as a home console, at least more so in western regions. Even they know it'd be silly to have a full size ps4/xbox one size case, but this is still big enough where it looks like it can sit next to other home console titles on store shelves.

Most likely because Amazon has a warehouse near you or plans to use overnight shipping from one of their national warehouses to get people in SoCal their consoles on 3/3.
Again, if you ordered from Amazon, they know what they are doing and often use overnight or sometimes same-day shipping (for places where they use AMZL_US or OnTrac, the latter of which I am positive exists in SoCal).
Well, since Puyo Puyo was on the same order as my Switch, having the Switch order changed to one-day also apparently changed Puyo Puyo's to one-day too. I'd figure the order evens out when youn include the charge.
At least I'll be guaranteed Puyo Puyo on day one!

God, I hope they don't use OnTrac. Nothing but shit service with them. Dropping boxes off on the neighbors door and lying about me not being home because they're too lazy to do their fucking job. Please, Amazon, for the love of god no OnTrac for my Switch. Please!

I've had pretty consistently decent service with OnTrac, but they have screwed the pooch on me once or twice. With that said, I doubt this package is a signature required package, as Amazon tends to not require signatures.
Tip: If you do have bad service with a carrier Amazon uses, contact them via chat and explain the situation and that what happened was the carrier's fault and unacceptable. They do note these things for their shipping team and will contact the carriers about complaints, and if the complaints/fuck-ups are sufficient, they will make adjustments to ensure proper reliability of their delivery service (at least this is what their CS team told me).
Amazon has pretty much never failed me with anything major, and I order basically my entire material life from them

Gonan go to bed. Still all of my items are "not yet shipped" on amazon. Not worried though, as usually they'll ship it late and it'll still get here on release date. Got a PS4, xbox one on release date etc along with the pro no problem. Only worry is my campus mail room closes at 5:30 pm, hopefully it gets delivered before then..

I guess since Gamestop doesn't ship until tommorow and by selecting their free standard shipping my Switch will not be delivered until Monday.
Thankfully Best Buy will have my Pro Controller and Zelda game here on Friday it seems.

I have it shipping to my house
My Switch was completely paid off with Amazon credit so I would've been hosed if they fucked it up. I was pretty confident in it being okay, but it was a relief to get a shipping notification today after losing an ME preorder last week. No shipping on Zelda or my Pro Controller from Best Buy but I expect them to go tomorrow since I'm just past the MN border. Doesn't look like my case will be here for launch so I guess I'll look around Friday after work and see what I can find to tide me over.
Kind of unrelated but I was checking the tracking status of my orders on amazon about ten minutes ago and I noticed my Toon Link and Toon Zelda amiibo pack came in already on the 27th. I didn't see it at my door on that day so it was at the neighbor mailbox where larger packages are placed and your mailbox holds the key to the larger box. I checked my mailbox just now but didn't a key instead in was already in the lock of the bigger box with my package inside.
I'm relieved my neighborhood is full of nice people. My package was in there for three days.

I'm in NYC and with the exception of Namco shipping out game copies to retailers late or shipping out too few copies to fulfill every preorder, I've always received my games on launch day. In my experience, Amazon usually ships my order the night before launch from New Jersey, and it arrives on time the next day. I wouldn't be surprised if my Switch order doesn't ship until tomorrow evening.

Switch preorder at Amazon is still showing an expected delivery of Friday. I'm going to attempt to stand in line tomorrow night though at Wal-Mart and snag a Neon model but I'll be happy with a grey as well. I just want to be playing Zelda in the next 24 hours.
Plus it will work out because a friend of mine wasn't able to get a pre-order so I'll have an extra console for him. Hopefully I score tomorrow night.

Just checked Best Buy and had a pending alert about payment update needed, freaked out only to find out it is my copy of BotW for Wiiu that I placed in early Jan 2015 lol totally forgot about that
