They may have/still be able to. It might be too late at this point, might not. It's worth it to ask, I think.

Sure thing, best of luck and be sure to call stores before you go at midnight/tomorrow morning to see when they're opening and how many non-preorder units they have. I'd thought Target was not doing midnight launches and only some BBs and GSs are. Good luck!

Same thing happened to me. No charge currently (either pending or posted). My order history page on gamestop.com still says "open."

I did get that email on 2/22, though, that said I'd be getting another email today and that the Switch should be arriving tomorrow.

We'll see...

Yeah, exact same situation here (BB shipping preparing since Sunday) so no worries! Although the order that has my carrying case shipped yesterday... heheh.

My best buy in store pick up is preparing now. Does that mean I'm golden at this point? I have a friend who works at best buy who says they sometimes overpromise then cancel orders. If that's the case that would have already happened right?

Right there with ya. My Pro Controller shipped Tuesday and is set to arrive today, Zelda shipped yesterday and is set to arrive tomorrow (3/3). But my Switch still says "preparing." Really, really hoping I get a shipment notification in the next couple hours for it.

Otherwise I'll be spending my day off work tomorrow and my weekend staring at my controller and Zelda cartridge instead of actually using them. -_-

Yes, one of mine I'm shipping to a fellow GAF member. I'm on the phone with them now. So far, I've told them that unlike all of my orders, the system hasn't shipped to Arkansas where it needs to go.

So far, they've told me that it's preparing and that I've got it shipping to Arkansas. I think I'm talking to something with feathers that eats crackers.

I am in the same boat. Pre-ordered as soon as it went up and it has a March 10th delivery date. Second time it has changed. I may just try the Best Buy near me at midnight and cancel my Target pre-order.

So my Best Buy in-store pickup for a Gray Switch finally now says "preparing". But they STILL haven't shipped my pro controller, and it's supposed to get here tomorrow somehow. Curious to see how this plays out.

I was hoping to cancel my Amazon pro controller order as soon as Best Buy shipped theirs, but they never did and now Amazon is packaging my pro controller I guess to get here on Tuesday. So I'll have to return whichever one gets here later. Surprised Best Buy hasn't shipped the pro controller yet. Seems like everyone else has there's in the mail since yesterday.

But, yeah, so Best Buy console in-store pickups DO change to "preparing" after all. Interesting.

Friend just had 2 switches and Zelda ME ship from GameStop. Jealous.

My switch and Zelda master edition has been preparing to ship from amazon since last night, got worried and contacted support. Got a response pretty much that it should arrive on time and the only reason it hasn't shipped yet is because it might be close to a distribution center and should be here tomorrow. Hoping that is the case. Oh well got horizon still just in case but not getting Zelda tomorrow would suck.

Best Buy still hasn't shipped my Neon, but I've got the Grey for pick-up being prepared. With those Zelda scores I think I have to sacrifice my desire to keep the Neon.

Don't see what the big deal is with the Neon. You can always buy Neon joycons for the gray version and have a Neon console.

Fuuuuuuuuuu... here I go saying Amazon will get yours there on Friday no issues....... and my payment got declined........ so I fixed it (stupid card it was in had Prime renew the SAME FUCKING DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!) and now Amazon is giving me a delivery of Tuesday!!!!!!!

Has anyone had this happen? Am I really not getting it tomorrow? When I get to work I'll open a chat and hope for the best, just seeing if anyone has had this happen with good results...

Just got my UPS My Choice email for the GameStop order of Zelda Master Edition. They are sending it overnight and I'll have it tomorrow!

Reps will just check the same information you have. I'm still on the "Shipping Now" phase from Amazon, and fully expect it to be here tomorrow.

Target still shows no activity on my preorder, so I reached out to customer service who claim it will be shipping today, and I will have it by end of day tomorrow. We'll see about that.

Quick update to add to the shipping picture...

Amazon prime member in NH. Grey switch changed to "shipping" now sometime during the night with a 3/3 arrival, but no tracking number yet. Was charged yesterday when it changed to "preparing for shipment".

Zelda standard edition ordered from best buy is coming via UPS out of upstate NY with a 3/3 delivery date.

Oh and official switch case from walmart has been in preparing or processing for awhile now but still hasn't shipped.

Everything is now preparing for me at Best Buy. Hoping to snag a pro controller while I'm out tonight. Might have to try Walmart.

It's not quite the same, because the Neon JoyCon package has the colors swapped. Instead of blue-red, the JoyCons are red-blue. It makes it so if a person bought a Neon Switch and then the Neon JoyCons, they have four visibly different controllers for four-player play. Plus they can choose to go blue-blue or red-red if they want.

And if someone just wanted a Neon Switch and two controllers, that means they would be paying $80 extra for their Switch to buy a grey one and Neon JoyCons.

Best Buy in-store pickup changed to Preparing and they charged me.

Bomberman shipped from Amazon, Zelda shipping today for tomorrow delivery.

Pro Controller on BB still saying Preparing and not shipped, but they charged me for it two days ago.

My Best Buy in-store pickup switched from "pre-order" to "preparing" this morning. The Switch itself had a "failed authorization" for the pre-order but this is no longer the case. Sharing in case that helps anyone!

Did you have any luck? My card was declined at 3am, the rep was no help to me and I'm too scared to retry, I have to wait another hour to call my store when they open.
