NOTICE OF THE 76TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Dear Shareholders:
We would like to extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to all those who have suffered due to the
earthquakes that occurred around Kumamoto Prefecture in April.
You are cordially invited to attend the 76th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Nintendo Co., Ltd.
(the “Company”). The meeting will be held for the purposes as described below.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can exercise your voting rights in writing by submitting the
Voting Rights Exercise Form, or via the Internet. Please review the Reference Documents for the General
Meeting of Shareholders (described hereinafter), and cast your vote by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2016
Japan time.

1. Date and Time: Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 10 a.m. Japan time (reception will open at 9 a.m.)
2. Place: Seventh floor conference room in the Development Center of the Company,
located at 2-1 Minamimatsuda-cho, Higashikujo, Minami-ku, Kyoto, Japan

1. The Business Report, Consolidated Financial Statements for the Company’s
76th Fiscal Year (April 1, 2015 - March 31, 2016) and results of audits by the
Accounting Auditor and the Board of Auditors of the Consolidated Financial

2. Non-Consolidated Financial Statements for the Company’s 76th Fiscal Year
(April 1, 2015 - March 31, 2016)

Please bring with you the enclosed Voting Rights Exercise Form and submit it at the reception (which will
open at 9:00 a.m.).
Shareholders are also requested to bring this convocation notice on the day of the meeting.

Exercise of Voting Rights in Writing
Please indicate your vote for or against the proposals on the enclosed Voting Rights Exercise Form and
return it so that it is received by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 Japan time.

Exercise of Voting Rights via the Internet
To vote via the Internet, please visit the Company’s designated voting website (http://www.web54.net)* and
vote for or against the proposals by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 Japan time.
* Please see page 39 for details.

(1) Please be advised that non-shareholders (e.g., proxies or accompanying persons who are not
shareholders) are not accepted to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders.

(2) If you vote both in writing on the Voting Rights Exercise Form and via the Internet, only your vote
placed via the Internet will be valid.

(3) If you submit your vote multiple times via the Internet, only the last vote will be valid.

If we're REALLY lucky, a better window on NX reveal. Maybe a month, but i doubt it.

This isn't an investor briefing, press aren't invited, and they haven't announced anything at the last few shareholder meetings, so my expectations couldn't be much lower. But hope springs eternal.
 
I think at absolute best people could expect NX reveal/info date... date. Something like "NX will be shown on the xth of September" or whatever.

Nope, unless it pertains to information relevant to investor's interests, like MAYBE some time tables for key operations, like mobile games. At best they may ask about stuff and Nintendo will deflect or offer some vague answer.
 
Well, I'm not expecting much or anything at all, but who knows...

Lets see how this Donkey/carrot thing Nintendo is doing us since last year progresses through the year...

2015 -We'll talk about NX next yeat
It's 2016 -We'll talk about NX next FISCAL year starting April
It's FY -Well, sorry the thing is lunching 2017 so no info today nor NX for E3, we'll talk about NX later this year after E3

At the very least, considering it is included in the business report, Mr. Kimishima will mention NX. And the part about NX in the business report is this:

For our dedicated video game platform business, Nintendo is currently developing a gaming platform codenamed “NX” with a brand-new concept. NX will be launched in March 2017 globally and our unique software-led hardware-software integrated business will continue to constitute the core business for Nintendo.

The only thing I could see happening NX wise is if they date some kind of formal announcement.

I expect Kimishima to remain CEO, though.

"We will be holding an NX reveal event on September 29th, 2016. Please look forward to it".

Or a final name like the Wii got at one of these things.
