The original concept for this challenge back in 2019 was more literal: NO NEW GAMES, meaning, if you hadn''t played it before.then you couldn't play it that year. Replaying old favs or finishing unfinished games was gonna be it. Participants could start a new save if necessary or re-obtain the game on a more feasible platform.
That general idea persists. We're avoiding new stuff as much as we can and turning our focus back on old favs or unfinished games that were neglected, then talking about those games.
Figured I would mention it since we have a lotta new participants this year.

If you like decent choose your own adventure, yeah it's solid. The plot twist you're referring to doesn't make or break the game. You'll definitely have a different perspective on certain scenes than a newbie would, of course.Is it worth playing Heavy Rain if I got the plot twist spoiled? Always wanted to give it a shot but was discouraged because I know who the antagonist is.
