Maybe watching Halloween Havoc '95 will prompt me to finally watch Over The Edge '99 like I've been meaning to do for the past six months.

Dave Lagana, TNA's Senior Director Of Creative resigned today:

“Five years ago I made the decision to join the TNA Impact Wrestling family. Over this time, I’ve experienced a lot in my life personally and professionally. Being a fan of professional wrestling for thirty years, I look back amazed at moments I’ve been a part of. Over my fifteen years of writing, producing and directing, I’ve been very lucky to work with every major talent in the history of the sport and learn from its brightest minds; Vince McMahon, Paul Heyman, Dusty Rhodes, Pat Patterson, Gerry Brisco, Shawn Michaels, Paul Levesque, Michael Hayes, Brian Gewirtz, Adam Pearce, Hunter Johnson, Matt Conway, Billy Corgan, Vince Russo, Eric Bischoff, Bruce Prichard, Jeff Jarrett, and Dutch Mantel. This group of professionals taught me many lessons and and helped shape my career. Lessons like passion can carry us through pain, disappointment and regret. Hard work, dedication and commitment to a craft can define a person’s journey and decisions.

“Today I made the decision to leave TNA Impact Wrestling. A decision I do not make lightly but one I made to create a future that I control. In 2017, you need to look forward to 2020 and beyond. My focus now is on personal branding, technology and the wild west of storytelling available to all content creators today.

“I want to thank everyone at TNA Impact Wrestling for giving me the opportunity to be the Senior Director of Creative Writing. Also I’d like to thank the talented and underappreciated television production crew and locker room. Getting to be collaborative with this group of men and women at every taping was an honor and a privilege. This is a creative business where stars are made one decision at a time. Believe and trust the process; success will follow.

“I look forward to the future that we all create and that all starts right now.

“See you down the road…

“David Lagana”

Of note, one name he didn't mention in his comments : Dixie Carter.

lulz. Although I gave up TNA years ago and refuse to watch it again until a complete reboot happens, some people were saying "if you can get passed how shitty A, B, C.....X, Y, Z, AA, and BB all is, the booking/creative has actually been decent". Well now the two guys heading creative are both out.

I'm praying Dixie brings Russo back again for maximum TNAness

Needs to be Kane vs Taker, possible double retirement match. But then that'd also mean losing Kane, so...I'm conflicted.

Nocturnowl, please advise.
It's a tough question.

However watching Smackdown this week and witnessing Kane fight off the Wyatts by gently brushing Bray towards the steps, nudging an inch forward with an outstretched arm to "clothesline" Harper and lastly getting RKO'd and having his heavy breathing gut look like it wanted to erupt out of his attire as he lay on the canvas I did begin to consider "maybe it's time..."

Then I remembered how he still has inherently more charisma and presence than half the SD roster combined so nah, he can still go!

Trick question. If Arn Anderson is your dad, you never forget to take out the trash.
I'd be more intimidated by the cold stare of the ice man "suburban dad" Dean Malenko.

Holy crap so when Vince brought over Sid, Hawk told him that he had the wrong skyscraper. He said Mark was the real talent.

That's crazy.

News about who Ziggler will face:

WWE has confirmed that Dolph Ziggler’s opponent for Survivor Series will not be announced in advance. Ziggler issued a challenge to the entire Raw roster to face him at the November 20th PPV for the Intercontinental Title and WWE says the challenge will not be answered until the night of the PPV

This Dungeon of Doom shit is horrible holy shit holy shit holy shit

What's even worse is they ruined a perfectly good storyline where the Dungeon could have been awesome tweeners because they hated Hogan after he turned heel by not doing anything with it beyond a few weeks.
