November Wrasslin' |OT| Survival Season Without The G

They got over because they were immediately injected in to the main event and booked to win every match for their first 6 months. They were easy for people to get behind because they weren't trading wins every week like 80% of the roster.

They have tried this with 3 minute warning which didn't work, especially after they got beat down. They also had nexus which never took off like the Shield did. The Shield are just 3 guys dressed in all black who attack people. The group mainly works because its 3 entertaining guys that gel well. The Wyatts have a better gimmick, a defined purpose, and get to cut promos and they still aren't as over as the Shield.

Wyatt's followed the buzzards right into the punk zone. So they have that'd working for them.

Shield are the big boss men of the regime

It is fantasy booking. The WWE needs to put some young guys in the main event and they need heels. I think Ambrose and everyone in the Shield will be great wrestlers. IMO the Shield is the worst gimmick that the WWE has used to introduce new wrestlers. What has made them a great team so far is that all 3 guys that are in The Shield are great. There was a lot of time so far where the Shield hasn't had a real story line and they were still popular. I think that if these guys were anything less than great the group would have fell a part and they would be back in NXT right now. They basically got over early on based on their presence alone.

I think the angle works better with an older wrestler. It also gives an old dog another title run and people would be surprised to see Flair or Jericho win the title. Also Dean would take the submission move of the older wrestler. Most likely Jericho or Flair will hang the boots soon. Flair would be ideal since he is older than Jericho and utilizes a dirtier moveset.

Your opinion is wrong.

Shield>Wyatt so far

Straight and to the point. It works.

Wyatt's have not even shown me a good match.

This is what killed the Wyatt's. The Wyatt's have a great look too like the shield. The difference is that the Shield did great work from the start so the WWE could bury them or midcard them as a group. If the shield had got a mediocre responses in their first few weeks they wouldn't be in the ME picture. The Wyatt's were involved with Kane for their debut and they didn't take off.

Your opinion is wrong.

Their gimmick is similar to 3MW except they are 3 guys that are more likable and they enter through the crowd.

Spirit Squad
Vickie Guerrero's Boyfriend
Knock Knock, Who's There? Brayden Walker
50s Greasers
Mega-Jew Scotty Goldman
Funky Dinosaur
Weeaboo Emperor
Dancing with the Stars Pro Dancer
...

Are all gimmicks used to introduce people recently. And you think that [Developmental guys who are upset they aren't getting a spot on the main card, then destroy people, then become a hit squad] is a bad gimmick?

I'm late to the discussion, but Persona 4 is LEGIT one of the best games I've ever played. I love it more than I love Cena, and that's saying something.

And as much as I dislike The Shield, their debut has been good. There wouldn't have been a better way to debut them.

How could a dude named after HHH be upset about wrestling threads? What a fucking pussy, and I never use the p-word. That'd be like someone named Daddy Zandig being upset about a "had an accident at work" thread.

WWE(R) Studios and Film Roman Announce "CAMP WWE" Irreverent Animated Web Series

STAMFORD, Conn. and BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - November 4, 2013 – WWE Studios (NYSE:WWE) and Film Roman announced today that they have entered into a co-financing and co-production agreement to produce up to thirteen, three-minute webisodes of a new animated series entitled CAMP WWE. Mike Benson of ENTOURAGE and THE BERNIE MAC SHOW will script the series.

From WWE STUDIOS and FILM ROMAN, the animation studio behind THE SIMPSONS and KING OF THE HILL, comes an irreverent new, adult comedy series about what the biggest, most outrageous WWE Superstars® were like as kids. CAMP WWE follows these unruly tykes as they body slam their way through their formative years. Proving to be a nightmare for teachers and other kids, their exhausted parents pack-up their future WWE Superstars with their masks, chains, kneepads and security blankets and send them off to Camp WWE, to be transformed into model citizens by the most terrifying counselor who ever lived, Mr. McMahon.

"Film Roman has been involved with some of the most well-known and humorous animated series," said Michael Luisi, President WWE Studios. "They are the perfect partners for WWE Studios to capture our Superstars in a truly unique and fun way."

"CAMP WWE is a new and exciting project with a great creative team for Film Roman to be working on with WWE Studios and we are very bullish on its prospects for success. With a combination of their unique personalities, distinctive characteristics and huge built-in loyal fan base, WWE Superstars make for ideal animation subjects in CAMP WWE," said Dana Booton, General Manager for Film Roman. Potentially good. But it won't be.
