TLOU did really well, holy shit. But I guess it shouldn't come as too big a surprise. It's reaching a much wider audience now.

Honestly, this makes me happy.

Now I don't feel every remaster will have TLoU's success. But if seeing that potential to make tons of money at little cost can lure others to do it,and it does not impede devs other projects, I'm all for it.

Would LOVE a Dark Souls 2 remaster with all the dlc and maybe the pre-"downgrade" lighting back, for instance. It would be even better if Bamco/From threw in a DaS 1 remaster too like a Dark Souls Collection, but that would probably the stuff of elves and unicorns.

OT though, PS4 sales are only going to ramp up from here. Sony's autumn to spring schedule between multiplats and exclusives is already stacked.

MS still have PR issues and end of they day I struggle to see what will make them stand out.

Going into this year I expected MS to shine on the exclusive front ; but it's Sony even with simple remasters who seem to be riding front.
