But it's good to see that media giants are finally getting closer to making 4K content more readily available. I won't buy a 4K TV until there's actually a lot of content to support it.

4K sets are now ubiquitous and very affordable, so expect 4K to be big next year.

The PS3 browser changing to webkit iirc. The problem is that Sony took too long to do it and everyone kind of forgot.

Even if jeff is right about 4K coming to consoles, I don't think this is going to come out this soon. And honestly I don't care about 4k blurays.

Waiting for Firmware 3.5 features to confirm no Media updates. In which case October with Firmware 4.0 is to support Playstation VR and 4K Media/Vidipath...same OP.
