So, GAF. On a scale from 1 to Reginald Fils-Aime, how ready are your bodies?

I assume this is going to be a video, not a stream... but idk.

Same question, though. Are we assuming the video will appear, or... will I have to refresh? I feel like that's such a basic internet noob question I'm a little embarrassed to ask it, but I this is serious business.

Did they actually promise to show the hardware? What if they just reveal a "philosophy" of their next product or a look/tease into a new social aspect, like a proper working Nintendo Network

A home gaming system that you can take on the go. They're not going to advertise this a a handheld that you can connect to the TV.

Exactly. Are people really trying to hold on to the hope of this sole "home console" in the face of the many rumors regarding the function of the console from Eurogamer and Emily Rogers?

If Nintendo were smart they'd take this legendary opportunity to troll the shit out of the internet.

Camera fades in on Reggie. "Good Morning. Thank you for joining us. I'd like to take this quick moment to give a huge shout out to all of our fans. We here at Nintendo have dedicated ourselves to giving you the best gameplay experiences you can have throughout the years and we'd like to continue this even further by introducing you to..."

"THE NINTENDO NX"

/literally a gamecube ductaped to a Wii U. Spins around it a couple times.

/cuts back to Reggie shrugging.

"Gottem! The real reveal will be next month! See you then!"

But they aren't that cool so they'll just give us what we want instead.

I just hope NX has few gimmicks and is as old school of a console as possible. Don't necessarily think that's what Nintendo should do but that's what I want.

I want that too. Nintendo console with a pro controller and focus on the games. But there's no chance of that as they feel that all they'd be is a weaker Playstation "without the games"

They want to differentiate themselves..with gimmicks.

I don't mind a gimmick as long as it's avoidable if possible, which knowing Nintendo they'll likely offer a million different controller options anyway.
