It probably takes an entry level sys admin 30 seconds to comb thru the headers and determine if the email is real or not. Congress can subpoena whoever the servers belong to that passed the messages and boom.

People get so paranoid about this stuff, but the Times have already said they do extensive checks to filter our fake stuff (which they have received from various sources), and of all the stories that has been posted in regards to the Russia story, one two have been retracted, one from the Times about the amount of meetings Manafort had with Russian officials (I think), and the recent one from CNN (which was do to shoddy checking above all else in the end). I really don't feel like there's any real warrant to that, especially since almost all their other reporting has been dead-on.

In his own house, with his own son, and top members of his campaign, he didn't know about it.
So either he's lying to cover his collusion with Russia, or he is so fucking mentally impaired he has no idea what's going on in his own home, which is fucking near criminal negligence, that he honestly had no idea at the time.
Key point: "he was not aware" can mean he didn't know until now or he knew immediately afterwards. I hope this gives everyone in the administration crippling panic attacks.

Watching Kelly Anne Conway on CNN and knowing she's a named participant went a long way to explaining why her ridiculous bullshit has been so strident and irrational. I have a feeling she'll be going quiet like Flynn, Manafort and (sort of) Sessions.

The Goldstone character fled from the NyT when they came back with knowledge of his email - after he denied warning anyone about Russia. So it's a fair guess he has no rebuttal.
i wonder how three people got familiar with the contents of the email from Rob to Don JR - that seems like a lot unless he forwarded it to a bunch of people on the transition that are now talking to the press. Or, the IC got hold of it with a court order and are leaking it to put pressure on trump.
Trump is going to hate and distrust computers even more than he originally did after all this is done.
