Cornette loves the hate on Bennett. In a company where there aren't really many heels, Bennett is probably the most hated.

Oh yeah, definitely, I can see why Cornette's so high on the guy, but I can't say the hate has arisen for anything Bennett has actually done - it's hate based on people simply finding his in-ring work dull, or people perplexed as to why ROH puts so much stock in him. I'd honestly rather see Elgin in his spot, who I think is pretty impressive in the ring and is being held back somewhat by his involvement in the House of Truth.

I kinda like those Prodigy Service Announcement videos Bennett does from time to time on on his youtube channel, but his promos on ROH shows are always so dull and don't really match up. Also, I don't think 'Brutal' Bob Evans is doing much to enhance Bennett, he's just kinda there.

It doesn't help that Bennett hasn't really been given a high-profile feud of any sort, although this will be his second match with

All that "heel heat" Bennett has means nothing if the fans don't care enough to react to him when he loses. Rather than going "Yay, the babyface won! Take that Bennett, you loser!", it's more like "Good, it's finally over. Now get out of the ring so we can see the next match."

Holy crap! I didn't realize that's the dude who always in those awesome DDT vids that Bootay posts. Man, that guy is awesome! His matches with blowup dolls are more entertaining than 90% of the stuff you see on Raw.
