Not true. Prophet Mohammed taught us to respect all religions. He stood up for a Jewish funeral too and when his companions asked why he said as a matter of respect because that's death. He also said "You have your religion and I have mine" extremists of both sides fighting each other doesn't mean that's what's going on among all.

I think it would, as long as the man was present and subservient while the woman was having sex, and then outside of that he just would have sex with another woman on his own. The "cuck" part is just about men who put women above them, not equal to them. A traditional and equal open relationship would not fit that description, although I still think it's generally a bad idea from a personal perspective.
