i actually lol'd on that one im sorry. I didn't even mean to get the steal I was just pressing the button just b/c. But then the ball went into the back court I figured well I was already in the backcourt might as well finish it! I also wanted to put an exclamation mark on the game because I was frustrated for 3 quarters and finally began to pull away.

I think I've decided again I want to make the playoffs. But I want to be a lower seed that gets smokey in the first round. I had him on the ropes that entire game until the final couple minutes where nothing would go down for me and everything went down for him. I could take him in 7!

You can't complain that a guy gets steal and scores with less than a minute left when the lead is 9. Well I guess you can but you don't.
There aren't many mercy rules in NBA basketball man. Not in the real world. Teams will dribble out the last possession but that is it. If there is 26 seconds left on the shot clock there are looking to score, 23 and they will take their time. Usually the players that get their burn when the game is already decided are running and gunning a lot more than the starters do. They are looking to get their points up quick and in bunches.
I don't like when someone is up 20+ and is shooting threes on me, but that is because I'm pissed at myself for getting beat. Not because I'm mad at them (usually).
*Actually to be honest and I'm sure most of you would agree with me. I don't get mad at my opponent any where near as much as I get mad at the game because at times it doesn't let me play effective defense and doesn't let me feel like I am having any effect on what my opponent is doing. There are times in this game where you can run 2 or 3 defenders at a guy and he will either nail the shot or get a dunk/layup on all of them.
I have played way too many games where I have felt like there was nothing I can do to even have a chance. And sometimes I'm feeling like that right from the start. *
And there will be no playoff seeding selection changes. You get what you get. If you want Smokey and you don't have the right seeding to get him in the first round then you better not lose, cause we all know he is making it to the championship round (and then I hear he is retiring).
