Oh please Obama, I seem to remember you putting your foot in your mouth over driver's licenses a few debates ago too

I actually didn't even remember where he ended up on the issue.

So far, I've got Obama ahead, he's improved his debating skills at least. Hilary just seems to be focused too much on blaming the current administration and pointing out that any democrat is better than a republican.

Me either. I just remember him hammering Hillary over supporting the plan and talking about her "flip flopping", then when he was asked whether he supported the plan he said yes.

Didn't he say the only reason they are coming here is to work?

No he said "They don't come for a job, they come to work"

It's a phrase meant to imply that they are here to contribute to American society.

I get the feeling these twp are mending fences and are waiting for Super Tuesday to see if the signs on lawns will read "Obama/Clinton" or "Clinton/Obama". The Democratic party does not want to go into the general election as a divided party and I hear these two being more cordial and diplomatic towards each other. Obama's rib on her was a delciate one and I think they are demonstrating that they can be critical of one another without being uncivil like Romney and McCain were approaching last night.

It's like McCain keep chopping down on Romney's "timetable". It may not be factually relevent, but keep reminding voters of it works - politically. Bravo, Obama.

His answer was Yes he supports drivers licenses for illegals before, during and after the debate.

His position never changed, he just fumbled the question at the debate. Wolf demanded he answer Yes or No and his answer was Yes

This is the feeling I've had with Hill all along. I'm ready to move past this last 10 years. I feel like having Hill in there, no matter how well intentioned is just another 4-8 years of the bitterness and splitting up of the nation we've been going through. She doesn't want it obviously and probably thinks it won't happen, but please.

That's not the problem with what she said. She accepted the Republican meme about them being a huge, negative pull on the economy. You know how that statement will be used.

So whats the difference between what hillary said and what obama said? She clearly said they should get checked for clearance before getting a license. Either way, they both flip flopped on the issue.
