I am hoping Last of Us makes the wait easy. I never played the PS3 version and I am hearing awesome things about the multiplayer. PvZ: Garden Warfare also looks interesting.

as fun as Destiny is, The Last of Us is on another level. can't wait to replay it & dive into the MP.
think i'm gonna do MP til Destiny drops, then switch gears to SP once we get closer to Halloween season
Got the digital guardian edition pre-ordered. My hype is through the roof. I miss Bungie games and I can't wait for the beta to start.
Tried to convince my friend to play the beta with me but he doesn't want to pre-order. I told him about the amazon trick but he doesn't wanna do it. Ugh.. he says if you get me a code I'll play otherwise i'll wait for the full game. If anyone can spare an extra beta code I'll be forever in your debt.
The beta is gonna be short and sweet but it will make the wait till september even harder. May the traveler protect us.

yeah he pissed me off lol. he says he doesn't want to use his credit card to preorder on amazon.
I told him they won't charge you, he says he knows but he doesn't want it to show on his bank statement or whatever.
and he doesn't even explain why.
I'm stuck with weird friends yet I enjoy playing with him and hope that I will get him a code or convince him lol.

I honestly don't know sorry. I think they do for certain items but whether they would for video games im not sure.
Shit. At this point, I'm better off reserving the Ghost Edition or Limited Edition on a retail store. If there's any to reserve, of course.

I don't know why but the hunter class is the least interesting for me from what I've seen. It's not that it isn't good. In fact it looks great. it just doesn't seem me if you know what I mean.

No it won't. While you are free to delete the alpha, at the same time i am hanging onto it just in case it might provide a bonus if it is on the system come launch.
Also massive heads up - the Limited Edition on PS4 on Amazon is now gone. It also looks like this is an actual LIMITED edition - pick it up now if you can even if you are unsure and cancel later.

Yea I found this a bit odd as well, but for a different reason. I liked Control and I don't mind playing it again (although I'd obviously like to try out the others). But I think I'm more curious about why they decided not to give the other gametypes some exposure. Perhaps Control is more integral to the way the maps are built than the others? You don't need to do much for, say a slayer/deathmatch type game other than adjust spawns, so I could see that angle. I'd understand keeping the others a surprise, but "Lockdown" and "Skirmish" aren't traditionally names for "revolutionary" gametypes - at least not ones that warrant much secrecy.
Oh well. I just wanna play something, goddammit.

For PS3 or PS4? Because if it's for PS3, you don't need PS+ for Destiny. If it's PS4, then you're an utter n00b because the DS4 is much better.
