Definitely gonna camp out at Blue Moon today.
Isn't this just like we were linked to every player in January/early summer, meaning nothing?
Manchester City boss Mark Hughes has refused to comment on intense speculation linking Vedran Corluka with a move to rivals Spurs.
Skysports.com revealed Spurs made their move for the Croatia international on Monday for a fee believed to be in the £7million region.
There have been reports that Corluka could become a Spurs player within days, but Hughes is refusing to confirm whether there has been a bid for the 22-year-old.
Unsurprised
The former Blackburn boss is unsurprised that Corluka's name is being touted around due to his undoubted quality, although he knows nothing of any deal to take him to White Hart Lane.
"There will always be speculation about good players and Vedran is a very good player," Hughes told the Manchester Evening News.
"He had an exceptional European Championships. I can't elaborate any more because I don't know a great deal about it. The news surprised me this morning."
He was bought for more money, Hughes like him, why would we sell (at least for the sum being mentioned)?
