You think that while you play but it is one of my favorite things to do. You miss out on a lot if you don't ride her and rape thatMejilan said:A couple of hours into the game, riding Epona at all is a waste of time.

I'm doing the water temple and I've just let the second floodgate loose. However, unlike the first one, there's no effect on the main room. Where do I go from here?
Speevy said:Nothing's happening. There has to be a step I'm missing.
When you open the first floodgate, you gain access to a room in which you can grapple your way inside (by using the ceiling). That room has a handle near the highest point. I pulled the handle and water came pouring out. However, it doesn't seem to be leaving the room, or turning any of the mechanisms.

Oldschoolgamer said:Wow. I have to say that this game is exceeding my expectations. The beginning was ****ing horrible, but, things picked up right after I beat Dungeon number 1.Not the dungeon so much, but, the game. Now I'm in the water temple and loving it.

and i am now convinced that i'm the only person in the world who didn't find the first few hours/dungeons either slow, boring or terrible. i'm still surprised at every single comment pointing out the tediousness or lameness of the beginning. i LOVED the beginning. after 10 hours of playtime my impressions would have been VERY positive.

same here. plus i even liked that part (before the TR).AniHawk said:When people talked about the slow opening, I really thought they meantup until you're taken into the Twilight Realm the FIRST time. Not the whole first two or three dungeons.

AniHawk said:So did I. But it was slow. The characters really made that whole part work.Felt bad for Colin. He does the right thing by telling Rusl what happened and the other kids hate him for getting them in trouble.

Magicpaint said:After the Zora armour, what else is there to get? I've beaten the game but there's an empty slot on my inventory which would imply that there is another armour/suit to get...how do I get it?
AniHawk said:Magic armor in castle town. You have to buy it from that expensive shop/future Malo Mart Castle branch
Magicpaint said:Ah... thanks.
I was just about to put in the rupees necessary for the Malo Mart castle branch, never would have figured that'd be how I get it. :lol
What does the armour do in particular? Is it useful in anyway?
AniHawk said:Yes, but it's a long, long walk.
AniHawk said:The armor eats up rupees instead of hearts. It's only really good for the Cave of Ordeals
Magicpaint said:That's kinda sucky, I actually prefer to be challenged in the Cave of Ordeals, so I'll only get it for the sake of completion then
It's not necessary, but it's so much fun. I seldom use warping because I really do enjoy riding Epona.Mejilan said:A couple of hours into the game, riding Epona at all is a waste of time.
