May I ask what you were getting a CT scan for in the first place? Was it just a random checkup or something?

It's part of the process when you separate from the military. You get a full physical a few months after you get out. I've had sinus issues for a few years now so they took an X-ray of the area. A few weeks later I got a call saying they found something on the X-ray and I needed to get a CT done.
