In other good news (depending on location), Jay Onrait and Dan O'Toole are leaving TSN (canada) for the new sportscenter competitor from Fox. If they can keep similar tone it'll be an incredible improvement over sportscenter. Sucks for Canadians still in Canada though.

edit2: You other guys are missing out on the most epic game of newbie Dota 2 ever. Game starts and neither side buys a courier, then MaddenGAF (Dire) sends CM mid because why the fuck not. However, Soka tosses a Mirana arrow from halfway across the map to get first blood on bloodseeker. Great stuff!

That was funny, I don't know why McNeily decided to go mid but hey, what the hell, it was fun times!

Thing is while maddengaf was shitty, having a totally useless Riki on our team killed us before we ever stood a chance. I wanted to go mid and help McNeily but that idiot kept trying to get himself killed!

Hahaha I'm not hung up on this at all. I had a great time. I definitely want to play some more. It's fun when we have a party full of people we know. It blew my mind that I hadn't played DOTA 2 since July last year, though.

We should play some Dota 2 today. I have an alt account I can get on so I don't completely fuck up the skill level of the opponents we get.

I am going down to the flying pig all day and have a wedding tonight but I'll hopefully have some time tonight late to play. I have to get up and go back down to Cincy at 4:30 tomorrow morning though so maybe not.

BUT, I am always down to play dota.

I am serious. The matchmaking system tends to skew towards the highest rated member of the group. It would be dumb to have some of you that barely know what you're doing (
Soka
) against competition from a significantly higher level just because of me.
