I don't really have an opinion on re-signing Kuba since I like Kuba, but I do kinda wish we traded him because the backend is where the Sens need a big shakeup.
Not trading Neil could be a mistake or not depending on how much they re-sign him for, if it's $1.75 million or less, I'll be fine with it.
Unfortunately, Murray is extremely fucking arrogant and trading Jason Smith or Chris Kelly will be basically admitting that he made a mistake signing both.
Right now I want Murray fired, because he's still delusional enough to believe that the team needs retooling when it actually needs a Philly style mini-rebuild.

Murray just implied that Leclaire is a "top end goaltender." And now he just switched it to "real good goaltender," and then down to "in the upper echelon...of young goaltenders.":lol And then, "well, it gives us another goaltender." This guy is AWESOME.

I have a feeling Sutherby will be winging. Toby Petersen when healthy will center the 4th line and then Modano will be going to a wing position.. Or Toby will go to wing and Mo will center the 3rd line.

I love the fake outrage at teams who didn't do anything, yet, if they'd picked up a 4th-liner, they'd be singing their praises. Less trades = less mindless jabbering by the talking heads.

Not as bad as a first rounder for Eminger...but I feel like the Flyers felt like they needed to make a move no matter what. I don't like making moves just to make them, and really, does Carcillo come in and take Upshall's role who can play with skilled players? I'm not sure he can, but I haven't seen him play often enough, so I guess we'll see what happens. I can see why the Flyers made the deal, because I don't think you can have Cote playing in the playoffs, he's just not good enough. But Upshall is a big asset, can really play on a top line to bring some energy, so if they're able to replace that somehow, I'll be happy. I guess Powe kind of fills in for him?

The Wings need a goalie who can stay focused and make stops even when going 5 minutes between shots. Lots of goaltenders who are considered to be among the top in the league need to face a lot of shots to be at their best.
Osgood is cheap, perfect for the Wings style of play, AND he's shown that he's a winner.
