Don't forget that he would stay in denial over it for the next five years.

I will forget about this shit after a few weeks (but I will never forgive that cheater Brady).

My beef is with the panthers, not the other teams that beat us without cheating. :)

Fuck....Really what did Ditka say about him.. I used to hate Irvin with a passion back in the day(Niners fan) but hes one of the best personalities on the channel. Ditka belongs on CBS wiith the rest of the old boring goofs.

basically irvin said how favre is past his prime and there is no such thing as best shape of ur life at 35...thats at 25 and that even though he is still seeing the field his reaction isnt quick enough. when he plays good games he cant follow them with good games. and when he makes his trademark INTs, he used to be able to make up for it, but now cant.

all this caught ditka off guard and he started defending favre and then started taking shots at irvin...esp when moved on to other questions and irvin said TO not chad johnson is the best WR in the league.

I still like it when his shirt, coat, tie, and slacks are all identical colors.

They should sign

I hear he's got a stronger arm than Chad.

Seriously though, if the Ravens can't win this sunday with the Jets top 2 QBs out....just end the season now.

I kinda remember...what happened again?

After the Pats cut Lawyer Milloy (and then were beat badly by the Bills in week 1) 2 years go, Tom Jackson came on the air and said about the Patriots "They Hate their coach" (later admitting he didn't talk to anyone on the team and really had no basis for saying it). This pissed Belichek off quite a bit, to the point where he held a grudge against anyone who worked for ESPN. Anyway, after the Super Bowl that year, or jsut before it, i can't remember exactly, Jackson went up to Belichek and tried to act all cheery and apologize and Belichek quite simply told him to "Go fuck himself".

Pennington probably out for season with torn rotator cuff again. OUCH Jets fans.

NEW YORK (AP) - Jets quarterback Chad Pennington will miss the rest of the season because of a torn right rotator cuff, The Associated Press learned Monday night.

Belichek has a lot of class.

When one of his players got injured in Pittsburgh, one of the Steeler trainers came on the field and asked if he could help (pretty common in the NFL). Bill then kindly told him to get the fuck away from his player. Thats Patriot class for you.

:lol :lol :lol

On second thought, this pretty much gives the Pats the AFC East. Fuck

Wow the Ravens were just given a gift for week 4..... let's see if they can still manage to screw it up...

Eh without Pennington you might actually HAVE to respect the long ball now.

The Jets are starting Brooks Bollinger who has been in one game since 2003?

I can't think of anything witty to say right now.... but best believe when I do pal...WATCH OUT

Seriously, I think this might end his career here. He already lost a TON of strength from an arm that wasn't reknowned......it might just be time to give up on the lad.

Pennington is gonna look like Jeff Garcia when he comes back, not able to throw the ball very far.

:lol nice drop. lucky they got bailed out by the penalty.

Yeah, that was lame as he was WIDE open. I don't really like the penalty either.. it wasn't much of a hit, but it was really late.

He didnt Use his hands to catch the ball

Man, you can see how badly our offense is hurt by having both of our starting tackles out. Every throw has been on a 3ish step drop & throw a super short 1-3 yard pass, or we leave like 8 guys back in protect like the last play.

Man, I'm bleary-eyed from getting my pupils dilated today, but damnit, I'm here for some Monday Night Football!

Looks like Jake Delhomme was really pissed of about the loss yesterday...in his postgame comments he said, "Man, Keary Colbert just got raped on the sidelines." I've never heard him this mad and using words like that...usually pretty humble...

Im not feeling good about this game... i dont know why, i am usually alot more hyped for a game then I am tonight, who knows... but damn they should have reviewed that play..

I'm not worried about it.. our first 4 games were tough and I just hoped we would be 2-2 so everything here on is gravy :) Then we get a bye week and can get Roaf back, and Warfield and Welbourn's drug suspension will be over and they can get back in the starting lineup. Also, initial word on Simms injury was 6 weeks or maybe all year. Which probably means if it's not better by 6 weeks he will need to have surgery, so he might come back for that week after the bye too.. or week 7 (not really as worried about Simms of course)

He probably just didnt want them to know how serious the injury was and whether the player would return or not. I dont blame him for the Tom Jackson thing either, that guy is a douche. What he said without even talking to any players should have been the end of his career.

:lol

christ I hate these @Denver games. We always lose.. I can seriously only think of two wins in my lifetime. One year with J. Montana we won? I think the year we were 13-3, and then one of Gunther's head coaching years?

edit: wtf!

I can't believe the Bengals are leading the AFC North. Looking at their schedule they have a legitimate chance to win the division too. Insane.

KC getting spanked on Monday Night.

They had a really tough schedule last year, so this year is their reward. They really ought to come out at least 5-1 over the next three games.

It messes with the divine order of the AFC North. This division is owned by the Steelers and sometimes the Ravens. The Bengals are screwing up everything by actually being good this year.

Broncs are playing like the last two quarters of the SD game, if they do they're a damn good team.

Kinda shows that the Chefs 2-0 record is a result of playing Chad "my arm is falling off but I don't wanna admit it" Pennington and the Oakland Faiders.

Yup, it also shows that the AFC west is a bitch of a division, and yah the Bronc's basically shut the Chargers in the 2nd half of that last game. It's always been a tough division, but in the past Oakland, DEN, and KC punished Diego and Seattle normally.. then they moved Seattle to the NFC and the Chargers are actually doing a good job with personnel :( Oh well, it makes every game exciting.

edit: exciting - except when you are getting destroyed like this :\

Honestly, I think we're a weak division. We're a bunch of teams that can all go 10-6 or 6-10, except of course Al's Raiderettes, who'll be lucky to go 6-10. Doesn't Gallery ever look like a bust right now.

No AFC West team has a legit chance at the Super Bowl. Broncs and KC are both real talented, but both have clear weaknesses that championship teams don't.

considering who their starting QB is going to be, the jets will probably have a top 5 pick next year.

REGGIE BUSH IS OURS BITCH! YOU TAKE THAT ASSHAT LEINART AND LIKE IT!

p1_bush_point_ap.jpg

Damn right...Helix High reunion with Alex Smith. Bush is going to be insnae in the NFL. I see him as a Marshall Faulk/Brian Westbrook type player whos just as much of a pass catching role as he does a rusher....If we some how miss Him I say go for Derrick Hagan, possibly Mahroney..

KC defense is playing too soft :( I get why we played Oakland like that with Moss... But come on. We're giving up anything the Broncos want in the 10 yard range. If the KC defense isn't going to get aggressive they might as well jump on the plane at halftime.

AND JESUS FUCKING CHRIST RUN TO THE RIGHT ONCE IN A WHILE SINCE WE DON'T HAVE ROAF #)*&%&)*$
