Yeah, and that message is to stop thinking they'll have a winning record.
That... and the fact that the Broncos have no D (3rd worst in points allowed ahead of only Detroit and St. Louis) has me stoked that my Bills shall make a triumphant return to the Super Bowl. (Only to be annihilated by whichever NFC East team makes the big dance by a score of 68-7). :lol

Bullshit! Give that to Sproles! LT is a whore!

Such bullshit. He hasn't had a carry longer than 5 yards, so they wait until they get inside the five (because of Sproles) and hand it off to Busted Toe Mc Pouty.

Deuce did most of the damage for the Eagles. The guy was so vocal and he still gets quoted to this day! Maynerd did most of it for the Seahawks. He's pretty chill now, but he used to be insane.
Then there was ari for the Bears, and 17 other teams. :lol

Don't get too cocky. The Raiders took you the distance. ;b

Lets take it easy with the Bills, we've got our share of issues. Protection was a joke the first half, if Ryan didn't call off the dogs we lose. We need a pass rush, the Raiders O-Line isn't the greatest and we couldn't generate any push.

fucking bullshit fucking team.

Fuck were like the fucking mets of the nfl. this is so fucking embarassing.

Look, I'm all for us bashing our team, but lets not say untrue things we can't ever take back. Besides, come on, Its the Jets! You thought adding favre would automatically make everyone else on the field better? Losing records are our middle name

It feels soooo good to no longer be in the worst division in football... or does it, since we're not leading it...
AFC East is exactly the same, only the Bills are playing the part of the Pats now

I was one of those people that thought we would have done better with Chad than Brett.

It's nice to see San Diego punching Favre in the teeth just like everyone thought they would after last week. :D

We haven't been for a while now.

What's up with Rivers arm?
It is not that strong?

Is it just me or has offensive line play really deteriorated in the last few years? Other than the Cowboys is anyone really dominating the line of scrimmage on offense on a consistent basis?

Obviously my view is a little biased because the Steelers o-line has been the worst over the last 3 years (they are on pace to give up close to a 100 sacks at the pace they are currently on), but overall I feel o-line play is not as good as it used to be. There are so many missed blocks now.

It is one thing to get beat with power or speed, but it is another thing where guys are missing their assignments and that seems to be happening more often than before.

I think it is a matter of defensive ends getting more athletic as well as LBs doing alot mroe blitzing. The O-line is still made up of slow guys who just take up space for the most part. The O-line is going to have to start evolving itself to keep up.

The Cowboys seem to do ok with big fat beasts on their line.

Like I said though, it doesn't seem to be a problem with guys getting beat as much as people not knowing who to block and getting fooled by the defense. So many defensive players are able to get through untouched on a weekly basis. As a Houston fan you should know better than most.

Cowboy's O-line has big fat guys on it & they do well.

Maybe less donut & more lean beef. Get the right fat.

Do you mean only in terms of passing? Last year, we had some amazing OLs.

This year we have a few doing a good job on the pass and plenty doing well on the run. In terms of pass:

Denver - Jay Cutler has all fucking day.
Colts will when the get settled (injuries hurt them early on)
Chargers
Arizona - believe it or not...
Giants

NE isn't bad, but they have a crappy QB.

Blown assignments will happen since offenses are switching to zone blocking or having the HB handle the blitz pickup. You don't see too many teams doing max protect anymore either.

:lol Favre.

Notice San Diego runs an awful lot of screens, and the analysts ride Rivers' wang all night. Sproles and the blocking has been very good.

Okay, you are talking about the Cowboys, a line full of pro bowlers. Of course they are better than most.

Watching the Jets last week against the Pats, I was surprised how bad they were. Given that NE got torched this week by Miami... It's not surprising Favre has resorted to slingin' and slangin'.

He's not a great QB anymore (hasn't been for a few years), but he's probably still a good QB if he had a supporting cast. But the Jets S-U-C-K SUCK SUCK SUCK
