Just got the channel last monday, and haven't switched the channel since.
Being able to watch hockey programming on a 24/7 basis is a novelty that has not yet gotten old for me.
From the countless top 10's, to classic playoff action like the Montreal run of '93, to playoff action from the last few years, like philly vs leafs 2003(game 7 belfour choke, great hard hitting series), This is really some sort of heaven.
Currently the canucks vs northstars from I belive 2003 is going on and thats been a great series so far going into game 3, with vancouver's overtime win in game 1 being the most exciting.
For anyone looking to pass the time until the nhl kickoff i'd say pick up this channel for sure.

Just for the record, they're called the Wild, I was at that game, and the series mysteriously ended after the fourth game.Wolf said:

well thats great, thanks for ruining the series with the outcome that I couldn't remeber, making it feel like I was watching brand new hockey.
Both teams really brought a physicall tone to both games, im surpised at how tough they both look so far. It was pretty cool to see that fight break out just 7 seconds into game 2, you dont see that too often.
And i'll be damed but Cloutier made some really good saves the first two games, he's been pretty solid so far.

Not to sure actually. I get it with rogers digital, but Im pretty sure its available on satelite like direct tv.
Im getting it as part of a sports package here in ontario witch gives me 5 or 6 other sports channels for 6.99 a month.
buying the nhl network by itself costs $2.40 a month, with is more than worth the chump change and a good substitute to those of us that can't afford NHL center ice witch is like $25 a month by itself.

Seriously thinking of switching to satellite now. It's at least $10 cheaper for the same channels (+ time shifting).
