I think the plot will be unraveled like in Noir. First half (1-13) of side stories, and 2nd half of whole main plot. I kinda like it like that, if it's the way they gonna do it. ^_^

This show has had some good episodes, but 14 was on a whole other level. That was nothing short of absolute brilliance. And you knew from about a minute into the episode that this one was going to be special, too.

This was definitely this series' Ballad of Fallen Angels, if I might make a Bebop reference, and honestly, it may very well have been better than that. I'll need to watch it a couple more times.

Damn, episodes 13 and 14 kicked an insane ammount of ass! I can never decide who's more bad ass, Jin or Mugen. It goes back and forth between the insane shit they do. For example, Mugen in episode 10, Jin in episode 14. I really like that formula of two bad ass fighters like Mugen and Jin. Jet and Spike weren't exactly equals though they both were great characters. Spike and Vicious were equals but on opposite sides. Mugen and Jin may be equals but they're so different from each other I question that a lot

btw, anyone notice 15 is probably the best animated episode since the first, probably better. Its damn near perfect, not to mention the funniest of the bunch. 13-15 have been insanely good

I asked around on irc and it turned out Fuji TV is not showing champloo after episode 17. however another channel but they're behind about 4/5 episodes so we'll have to wait 4/5 weeks for episode 18.

Champloo's broadcast run ends with episode 17 (it was cancelled, basically). It's supposed to continue on BS Fuji (their satellite channel) at midnight on Sundays where it will finish off its 26 episode run.

Yeah, I looked it up and found that episode 17 aired on September 9. Seems like the raws are only just being distributed, though.

Usually you need to wipe your codecs and grab some new ones. The divx forums mention something about this problem, and it wasn't easy (or terribly clear) how to solve it.

No, I meant that they're going to reair from scratch, and eventually finish it. It'll also be complete on DVD. So relax, there are still 26 episodes, just not on FujiTV.
