Yeah no. I aint buying PS5 pro for games that are coming to PC within a year of release or so. I am not interested to play inferior versions when I have a high end PC. not gonna double-dip either.

I'm not even hyped for either game, which is sad because I was for both GoT and DS1.

Ever thought about taking a couple valium and playing Death Stranding 1 and Ghost of Tsushima? I mean of all the games to buy a console for; you can well and truly get those entire gameplay loops already. You just have to forget that you've played them before (hence the valium). Just saying it would cost a lot less and you won't have to display that giant maximalist wifi router in your living room when you're done.

I haven't owned a Sony since PS 2 briefly to see what the hype about FFX was about. Hated it. I'd quit gaming before owning another Sony. I eagerly await the return of our Lord and Savior Sega with the Dreamcast 2

I didn't say those games are bad, I said the previous installments are so similar they could tide someone over while they wait for the PC port of the new one. I like DS and GoT and plan on buying both sequels once they're available.

Even Forza Horizon, which as you know I think very highly of, I'd rather just continue playing 5 rather than buying a piece of hardware to play 6 a few months early.
