I actually prefer the old forms for all except for Nami (long hair > short hair) but yeah Franky is especially bad.
Short hair Nami > Long hair Nami. All day, every day.

I actually prefered old zoro yes but new form is not that bad either so it doesn't bother me much. With Luffy and Sanji the changes were pretty minor so I am neutral with those. Slightly prefer the old usopp and well with Robin, Chopper and Franky the old forms were way superior. Really, why Chopper has that ridiculous hat nowadays?

Imo new Zoro, Luffy and Usopp are all great. Zoro's new hair is awesome.
I'm still bitter about Robin's new look even though pretty much all of the other early sketches of her were better looking. Not a fan of Nami's new design either, I don't mind the others.
