Oh I see how it happened now. He charged and right when he did a rocket hit him in the air and the Roadhog's ult also added to the momentum. Pharah was already out of fuel and falling. He got close enough and the charge just auto locked in. Still pretty funny and probably will never happen again.

No. I won't have you wave away Reinhardt's determination and skill. The real truth is that he simply reached the tipping point and with a strength of will most never get to know, defied gravity and Blizzard.

Could've also been a Junkrat mine. I've seen Junkrats launch charging Reinhardts into the sky multiple times.

Sudden Death is such bullshit. 4 matches in a row all lost in Sudden Death. Had Golds in all of them. I really couldn't of played much better. Fucking Mercys in 3 of the matches with that stupid ass Ult.

I want the nitwit at Blizzard who buffed McCree to get fired then live on the street for the rest of his/her worthless life. Complete failure of design.

Lol this Roadhog kept trying to kill me and couldn't, allowing my team to effortlessly push the payload to the last corridor of Hollywood. He was nowhere near the payload and he was their only tank. This player base is hilarious sometimes.

Every game I've played tonight has had at least 2 top 500 people, guess my MMR hasn't tanked as much as my rank, lol.

I needed that 3 day break from the game.

Fuck me. I just had the single most intense and awesome KOTH point (Liajiang, Night Market). I held overtime by myself as Lucio against four others for a good twenty seconds (it was Mei, Reinhardt, another Lucio, and Mercy - and I blew my Sound Barrier on myself to do it - so it's not all that impressive) - long enough for my teammates to respawn and fight again, and we took it from 45-99 to winning 100-99. We're all super pumped up in chat, ready to fight the next battle, and right as we roll out to the second point, my video card driver crashes.

I guess what I really mean is "fuck Windows 10."

This is pretty untrue.

Also had the best POTG of my life yesterday. I was Genji at Gibraltar. It was overtime and we were on the payload, 1 inch away from victory and Mercy rezzed the entire team. I took my opportunity and started to sword, but was hooked by a Roadhog at low health. It seemed like an unexpected hook on his behalf, so I held down reflect and I managed to get it to activate. Roadhog killed himself. This happened so quick that for whatever reason I thought I still had sword out. So I left clicked 2 people hitting all 3 shurikens and shifted through them, killing 1 of them. Noticed I didn't have sword out, so I sworded, killing a Hanzo and a Junkrat from behind, then killing Mercy. There was 1 Pharah left, she rocketed me, I reflected it at her, shifted through her, and swung around for 1 last sword hit. "Team Kill".

I need to find a way to record POTGs, since that was gross. Then I pushed the payload with a fellow soldier, who I was unsure what he did during that final sequence. Feels good, man.

Nah it's cool. I'm not really that angry. I've won 2 sudden deaths in a row now so my luck is turning around lol. Just dumb to me that every match goes to sudden death. They're removing it for a reason.

Edit: The last one would've been so much easier if the Mei on our team didn't stop my Ult form killing the enemy Lucio twice 🙄

Man, I am really in the zone with Zarya now, to the point where I have a hard time picking anyone else unless I switch to Winston against an enemy team with a lot of fast squishies, or if my team is the type to hang back while I'm the only one pushing through chokepoints. But with an aggressive team to back me up, Zarya is just so godlike. Can't believe I wrote her off when I first started playing.

Just played a comp match on Route 66 with the most amazing Reinhardt...

Guy snagged a bunch of golds so mechanically he was on point, but he was also directing the entire team with positioning calls the entire match. Apologized when he (rarely) messed up and quick with the compliments when people on our team made good plays. It can't be understated how impactful a positive comm environment is in a team-based game like OW.

And all with this deep, booming Eastern European-accented voice. It was the best.

I dug myself out of the win:loss hole I put myself in. And I have only one advice about Blizzard's matchmaking.

Don't play after 11:00pm.

So many heroes are an exercise in mild annoyance on console. Might get my two friends to top 500 with me and then quit OW on console for now and rebuy on PC. Not much more to do atm with me basically being at "cap" for things to do atm.

Not to shock you guys or anything, but a good genji on pc is pretty obnoxious to deal with too. :p

Easier to nail him maybe, but a good genji will know when to harass, deflect, and then get out of dodge.

Console players complaining about how hard it is to aim and deal with characters like Genji and Torb on console will just face the same frustration on PC against Tracers and Widows because you CAN aim on PC. -_-
