I want some clarification about purple point distribution. I know that you'll earn 10 points for every victory, but what about draws and loses? Also, since my points have increased from 60 to 600, what does it mean for points being rewarded in the brackets, post-season? Is everything increased by a multiple of 10?

I believe you earn 3 instead of 10 and yes everything is multiplied by 10.

Giving the S1 numbers times 10 seems possible. Maybe the MMR distribution will be different this season and they'll change the CP numbers accordingly.

No, she won't. She still does too little damage to replace your dps, so you're going to lose every team fight. Maybe as a tank replacement but her kit doesn't work as well in the wide open arenas of koth.
