Serious answer:

The number one intended demographic for these releases is the frugal customer who values saving money above all else. So the covers are intentionally designed to look as cheap as possible, both to lure in that customer and teach ones with more refined tastes a lesson to pay a little more next time when a game has just come out with its original boxart.

Add in the Uncharted logos, Naughty Dog logos and PEGI logos, and we are looking at a whopping 30 logos and identifiers in a single cover. That must be one for the book of records.
