As a PC Gamer from about Quake1 shareware onwards, software wise, it's in a much better place than it was. Updating games was some terrible journey through FilePlanet and the like. I don't want to go back to messing with IRQ settings either. Even fiddling with
Also, if someone does invent the time machine, after they've finished checking out dinosaurs and if Jesus existed etc, can they please go back and tell Valve to ban 3rd party launchers. They're any annoyance with little to no value on a desktop. They stop games being played on my Deck.
