One thing that could be a bit worrying as well is that with a pc, in most cases, I assume, people would have to go to a stream site, create an account etc. While that isn't hard, it's an initial barrier. They would basically have to want to do it, or have the idea to do it as well, since starting to stream on PC generally isn't something you can do by mistake.
With the PS4 on the other hand, a lot of kids are gonna either own one or borrow one from parents, siblings etc. And with PS4, I would assume that with a bit of fumbling in the menus, they could start a stream by mistake.
However, I don't really know how you start a stream on PS4, so I could be wrong. But I assume that it's easy?
