Man, two weeks before Horizion and potentially a month before Zelda.
Early 2017 is going to be insane.
LOL

Unless ATLUS USA PR is lying, why won't we believe it?
To be honest at this stage I think the NA version will make a fair bit of money from exported sales to the EU. It sucks the way it is but at least we will have some sort of access to an English version. What a joke company. Should I expect EU version in 2018 or never ? It's not even funny at this point.
Expected.
Anyone thinking that the delay might've been because of the localisation... Please.
Everything we've seen about Persona 5 and how they've handled the different regional marketing of the game has made one thing very clear.
In terms of Persona 5, Atlus Japan gives zero fucks about Atlus USA.
Atlus USA is barely allowed to comment on any event or marketing done by Atlus Japan, Atlus USA gets trailers 6-8 months later than whatever Atlus Japan releases...
They'll never do anything to affect their Japanese audience for the sake of the global audience.
While there was a chance that this game could've came out this year, I would venture to guess that even right now, Atlus USA's access to the Persona 5 script and stuff they need for localisation isn't as access-free as you would imagine a sister company.
Are you European?
The hassle of importing shouldn't be necessary in 2017.
Stop with the negativity. I mean, what could go wrong with the EU release of an Atlus game ?They're pathetic if they don't announce a European release date.

That 7 month wait though, after its been delayed like twice. Oh well, good thing there is other stuff to play before it comes out.
You think they only want the hardcore "JRPG crowd" to buy this game. That won't work out so well for them, sales wise.Completely different audience. I highly doubt Horizon would deter the JRPG crowd that has been eyeballing this game for years.
Well, someone did point out that the atlus email says the 17th, and the blog says the 14th, so....
