One's superior in every way and the other's a jealous tosser? Wonder which one is which... :p
Jesus, lol.

There is a line at which point it just becomes calling me names.

Just come to Evo.

I would if I liked the fightin' games.

I don't think it would be worthwhile to travel all that way just for Evo though, unfortunately. :(

PersonaGAF shipping you with Jintor makes you want to have a legit meet up with PersonaGAF?

LOL.

Once again, yes, that is definitely what I meant.

I mean more in the sense that they're kind of at each others' throats but still manage to get along when it counts. Yosuke is too submissive to Yu to be an exact parallel.

Too harsh, dude.

Oh, I agree. I eventually came around to it, and aside from hearing the same shitty jokes all the time, I enjoyed playing it for eight years. Still would like to pick up something like the picollo singer or later, though.

People who make the "Tromboner" joke are less than human.

So I finished
Heaven, Paradise
in a single day. The boss was pretty rough, he killed me off once before I knuckled down and marched through him. Frickin' God's Hand is the best ability ever. Stuff's been really intense, and I like the way they managed to
make you feel terrible when coming home to an empty house
and
feel guilty that your ordering packages played a part in Nanako's getting kidnapped.

The funniest thing, though, is
Yu's little sister is hospitalized
and then
every. single. woman. he knows starts confessing their love to him. I had to shoot down Yukiko, Ayase, and defend myself from getting raped by the nurse lady.

Also Adachi and Rise are super rare and I almost never get a chance to do SLinks with them.

Re: Adachi's S.link
You won't be able to S.link with Adachi at all while Nanako is in the hospital since a couple of the s.link scenes involve her.

You know guys, you don't have to be into fighting games to go to EVO.

It's in fucking LAS VEGAS. Not like there's nothing to do outside of EVO.

People attending EVO: Armada's got plans, BIG PLANS. It's going to be so much fun.

So when do you guys think we will see some persona 5 footage? It has to happen at E3 2014 if not beforehand right?

I'm really not sure how much I want to see either. I kinda want to go into this game knowing absolutely nothing other than what the main character looks like. Not sure if I have the willpower for that though (I failed miserably with birth by sleep) . I also don't want to miss out on trailer discussions at the same time haha.

Angry Grimace

Two cannibals are eating a clown. One turns to the other and says "does something taste funny to you?"

Re: Adachi S. Link:

You are beyond the point at which you can even do Adachi's S. Link. Once you hit the later months some of the S. Links that have been around for a long time go away completely.

Rise Link:

I personally found Rise to be really easy to max, even if she's around less than Yukiko is, she requires less time to max since the most favored responses are whatever ones appear to be hitting on her.

I wish I could attend, but such a thing is simply outside of my budget. :\

On top of what was also mentioned in the spoilers, Adachi's social link alternates between night and day. You have to check for him in both spots.

I really want to go, and I'm still holding out hope. If the plane tickets are too much, maybe we can put together a PersonaGAF roadtrip and just drive there? I'd totally be willing to do some driving and pick folks up-- I think it's like 36hrs to Vegas from here driving...

How early do you have to get tickets? It might be a possibility.

It'd be amazing going to EVO, but yeah, probably not going to happen given my financial situation and my academic situation.

DECEMBER 3RD IS TOO MUCH.

NOT LIKE THIS MAN.

NOT LIKE THIS.

Keep in mind that Hotels and whatnot in Vegas are generally super cheap, even nice ones. (The reason for this is the Casinos want you to get careless and gamble a bunch more)

It's the same reason booze is not only cheap, but often free.

I'm actually not sure myself, I think Armada mentioned to mt the tickets usually go on sale in February?

Smed should know.

I just checked a couple of airline sites and the latest they're allowing for right now is June. If EVO is in July or August, it'll probably be a month or two before those dates open up.

I don't identify with any character in Persona 4. They're all too realistic and normal. Especially Yukiko who is too much like me to be identified with.

You could not go to EVO itself at all!

Man, I'm jelly. :/

Edit: I also just saw a tweet this morning from one of the EVO guys saying the line-up would be announced soon.
Not that I expect P4A to return. :/

Evo usually takes place in July 12-14th, or somewhere around there.

I'd love love love to go to Evo (love fighting games and would be pretty cool to meet everyone here), but like everyone else here, yeah money's an issue lol. And I'd have to check my schedule and such.

Also, if anyone needs a roomie to split the cost of a hotel room. I'm game.(PM me)

EVO is July 11-13, there are even discounted Hotels for the event. Those will probably go quick though.

Dude, you're right beside Nevada! PRetty srue my flight lands in LA, then heads to Vegas even. :p

I don't know much about plane rates and when to buy, but the hotel rate for the LVH should go up sometime this week. Would be better to but sooner than later. If you want to go for Evo itself whether competing or viewing you want to get in on Thursday.

And Armada's plans better not involve drinking because I don't know if I'll partake in them then :p

Well, if people are interested, I was serious about my earlier idea. If we can get the logistics worked out, I'd be happy to pick some folks up in the Northeast/Midwest/etc. and go west and see to it that everyone who wants to go can go. Might need to rent a van, but let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet...

OK guys, this was going to be a surprise but I've got big news. The Podcast is now officially sponsored by a number of big names like Crunchyroll, IGN, and even Atlus. Which means they'll pay for everyone's expenses to EVO.

Also, here's a sample of the new format of the show. I think it's--*holds up frosted flakes* Grrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaat!

Haha he's taking out a bunch of us to some insanely nice restaurant. (paying for it too)

Don't quote me on that, though.
