From the things we've seen, not too many people have leaked copies yet. Those that do seem to be content with toying with the rest of the fanbase. It sucks, but whatever.
Wide release is really soon, right? I'm 100% certain we'll get a leak real quick once that happens.

Once the disk is wide, they really won't be able to stop it. It'll get uploaded by a few different sources and then downloaded and rehosted by countless others when needed.

I'm too lazy to formulate a reply in Japanese at the moment so I'll just reply in English because it'll be faster and I want to follow every agonizing moment of this Persona drama, lol.
No guaranteed job. I'm literally just completing my teaching certification in the next few months. I'll be going over in February on a working holiday visa, so I'll have a year where I can live or work to whatever extent I wish. The plan is to try and find something in that year, and hope that they like me enough to sponsor my proper working visa the following year.
I head over in February.

I sort of wish that we didn't even get the screenshots. Would of been better to know absolutely nothing then to be in the position we're in where we know selective parts of the trailer that are crucial to the game.

Congratulations! Seriously getting the holiday visa is such a pain. You'll surely find a job, lots of teaching positions open up there yearly because it's such an intensive position, the retention rate isn't high. But if you do well you can thrive.

To show off that you got your hands on the disc early?
Getting the working holiday visa as a Canadian for Japan isn't all that difficult, there's just a lot of small steps. Really you just need to be under 30, fill out some paperwork, prove you have $2500 CAD, and have proof of a return ticket in case you mess up so badly that you need to leave the country. But it's a one time deal sort of thing, so I can't use it more than once.
Still, I figure actually living in Japan again will make the process easier. Job hunting is much easier when you're living in the country you're applying in
Plus, I don't care about money -- I'd be happy with a little eikaiwa or anything. Whether I only stay a year or several will likely come down to my luck (or lack thereof) job hunting and whether my love gets homesick We might move to Osaka in my second year there if I can find a decent job. Or we may just move to another country. Who knows. Still young and foolish.Hahahahaha. You win this thread.

Which would be all well and fine if they didn't proceed to give everyone a screenshot of the files they just ripped from the disc...
That was just cruel.
Because then you can frame the screenshot of the file directory, look at it longingly every so often to relive the wonderful memories of waiting for leaks, and think wistfully, "Japanese people are jerks." They were doing you a solid.
I think at least some Japanese shop will do a midnight release. There has to be at the very least some 24 hour shops that sell video games people can pick it up at.
Worst case scenario I bet we'll have it by 4PM tomorrow. It'll likely be much earlier.
