This is from a series of French commercials advertising a fruit beverage.
I don't remember the brand, but the tagline is "Naturally Juicy"; in French, "juicy" is slang for sexy (or at least, it was when these commercials aired; I don't know if that is still current), so to tie that in with "nature" the commercials all depicted sexualized anthropomorphic animals.
The French are really open about sex, so a lot of their commercials are like this. It can be quite interesting for tourists!

I'd love to see the meeting at the ad agency where they pitched this campaign. I have a lot of thoughts after watching these, but "I really want some orange juice!" definitely isn't one of them.
If I had to guess, I'd say the commercials were pitched as a parody of how the French use sex to sell everything.

IIRC, they were making fun of other ads initially.

It was some kind of absurd humor, where they would use the drink as a substitute to other products (milk, skin cleaner, after shave, detergent, fabric softener, etc...).
They've become sexier after that, with the sole aim of shocking people (and it worked!)

Nowadays, they're still making use of the anthropomorphism thingy, but they're back to some simpler humor.

Originally it was just about some guy in a bottle suit doing weird shit like getting in a haunted house or something. Basic commercial.

Then in early 2000's they released the Naturally Juicy commercial (a.k.a. that furry orgy party). They even had pinup art back then in their website.

Later they released some smaller commercials like the indian-cowboy ones (still starring furries in skimpy clothing). I'll let the indian commercial speak for itself on its symbolism.

It was after that when they started doing the parody commercials where "orangina does everything". And the gay cougar after shave commercial is part of it.

They kinda petered later on and are a bit more subdued nowadays with even uncanny valley "furry".
