Got my PS4 Pro at GameStop launch event at 10pm local time (Mountain). Threw in a bunch of my discs to do some patch fetching, gonna keep it in sleep for a couple of hours then start trying out whatever's fully updated, though I imagine most of my downloads, if not all of them, will be done by then.
Titanfall 2, Ratchet & Clank, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Battlefield 1 (think we're still waiting on that Pro patch though) and COD: Infinite Warfare are what I queue'd for update, as well as all my PSVR games: Batman, Driveclub, EVE, PSVR Demo Disc, Rez, Rigs, Robinson, Rush of Blood, and Thumper. Titanfall 2 already patched up and ready to go, but I wanted the other downloads to move along more quickly and I still got a batch of laundry to finish and might go get some late night food.
Lots to try out. I already beat Rise of the Tomb Raider on Xbox One last year, so really excited to see the visual upgrades since I'm actually quite familiar with how the game looks. Also quite excited to see if there's big leap up in visual quality for some of the VR games. I liked the PSVR fine on my vanilla PS4, but I can admit that some stuff could use a nice visual tuneup, and it seems that's what's been delivered by some of the Pro patches.
I own a few more titles that I could start to install but I felt that was a good field of games that I want to test AND that I'm actually interested in playing. I've owned Ratchet since launch but never beat it, only got about 4 hours in. Currently working through Advanced Warfare. Just got Battlefield 1 earlier today thanks to Target flash sale.
