They didn't lower the price of the bundles 2 weeks after release because it's selling so well. And did titanfall live up to the hype? Its a fun game for sure, but not in any way genre defining or the true next gen game like it was presented to be.

Look at TF: OT....now look at DS2: OT++, TF definitely didn't live up to the hype.

The hype was real for TF for a week though, made $20 off of the beta code.
But the hype kind of died down after people realize it was just another FPS game.
(Still better than COD and KZ though)

And yeah, I don't think X1 sold well, or met their expectation as well. But MS should have, and must have won the NPD war though. The X1+TF bundle price cuts were too good pass up imo.
But with that bunker pic...I can't wait for tomorrow to see the posts after work.

I'm surprised many people don't think PS4 beating Xbox One would be considered huge news. I think PS4 winning March would be big enough to justify the bunker pic from Bish (assuming he actually has insider info). Microsoft losing March despite its big exclusive game and tons of console discounts would lead to all kinds of over-the-top declarations that Microsoft is doomed, and this place would explode. That said, I predict Xbox One will win March by 150k.

Really? Thats a lot of consoles. Idk I have a feeling titanfall under performed. Ms has been very hush hush, and if they did win NPD I feel like sony would have released this news after to try and steal MS's thunder, but what do I know.

Infamous outselling Titanfall is much less likely IMO. Titanfall released a week and a half earlier, had a tremendous hype machine behind it, and is available on three platforms. At the end of the day, PS4 outselling XB1 is just maintaining the status quo, though, as others have said, I think it's unlikely because of the Titanfall bundle, price drops, etc...

Though I suppose since Bish is getting into his bunker, all bets are off.

It's hard to tell. But the PS4 was MIA in most european countries for most if not all of march, until ISS launched.

i am sorry but this post is way beyond wrong.

1- Xbox 360 was supported till last year, till the new system was out. and till today they got Titan Fall on the 360. just because they don't have GT6 in development for years doesn't mean the system isn't supported. I would rather get Forza on a next gen console rather than on Xbox 360. MS played it right.

2- OG Xbox had to die quickly because Sony was gearing for PS3 and MS didnt want to be 1 year late again. the results ? xbox 360 sold much better than PS3 in USA " not counting Sony fuckups too"

3- don't bring a list of games and assume you know what MS or Sony has. because out side the annouced games, i doubt the general public knows what is under development. the war list is just something a 13 years old bring when he decide to fight another fanboy. and i doubt you are that
