Anyone have any good direct lines or best ways to contact Playstation support?

So I'm moving and found a PS+ 12 month voucher I never used apparently. It was part of my bundle from Costco, I think the issue was someone bought me a PS+ 12 month sub for Christmas and then I just forgot to put this in. PS Chat confirmed I never used it, but apparently it expired on April 1, 2015. There is no expiration date on the voucher at all. Chat and phone support said they can't do anything.... anyone else I could bother? :/ Sucks! And I know it's kinda my fault for sitting on it, but there's no expiration date anywhere on it either....

uh oh. i'm still sitting on a 12 month code from Amazon from when it was $30 over a year ago, because the last time i used a ps+ card they had a +3 month deal a month later. I had used it because I was starting to get worried it would expire... maybe I should just use that Amazon one and not worry about it anymore.

Yours is probably fine since it was a regular purchased voucher, I think I might be screwed because it was part of a bundle. Just horrible timing since it expired 3 days ago :/

A good thing you can do is contact Sony support, explain your situation and then they should be able to re-activate the PS+ code for you :).

As someone who talked to Sony Support regarding Sony Rewards a few times, it maybe a bit aggravating at times in terms of how long it takes for you issue to be resolved, but they are very kind and once you talk to them, they start working on the issue :).

Edit: Looking back on the last page, really surprised to see so many grow up the Toy Story 2 game like I did :D. It is a great to see one of Travelers Tale's PS1 games end up being so well remembered; they did great work across the Genesis too the PS2 with Sonic 3D Blast, their other Disney platformers (though they are very hit-or-miss; Toy Story 2 is one of the stronger cases here) and even the first two PS2 Crash games (Wrath of Cortex was a solid nod to Crash 3 while Twinsantiy is they best post-Naughty Dog Crash game with its crazy humor from the minds behind Ren and Stimpy/Invader Zim and semi-open world nature).

Interesting to see how they moved on into owning the entire Lego Video game market (and doing a damn good job with it too; most of the Lego games range from good too great :D!), so it is nice to see them grow so much :).

Thanks for the response. Sadly I tried that with a couple of people as well as phone support and no one is willing to go the extra mile to help. I tried to be nice twice so now I'm going the nasty route and see if that'll help :/

I had a more annoyed tone when talking to the Sony Reward's rep for the third time and that was when I got my issue resolved, so maybe taking that angle might help :l.

Sorry you are having this issue man :(; sucks to have 12 months of Plus just sitting right there but having some stupid issue prevent usage of it...

Hope your problem gets resolved soon man.

Thanks for the advice. I mean if it clearly had an expiration date of 04/01/15 printed on it, I'd just chalk it up to me being an idiot and forgetting, but with no printed expiration date, I'll keep fighting.

Edit: Spent 50 min on the phone, talked to a supervisor, got the same story of not being able to do anything since it was a promo through 4/1/15 although it doesn't indicate that anywhere for me. Gonna try a Twitter message to @AskPlaystation and hope for them to be able to do something, but not looking good.

What is the Space Hulk game that a few folks have mentioned? I've not heard anything about a Space Hulk game on the way. Is it a port of the recent PC one that got criticised for being buggy at launch and too faithful to the board game or something new?

Likely yes, it'd be based on that game. Just hope the Vita ver. will be fixed and perform well >_>

Question: I'm the only person that uses my ps4. Is there a way in settings to make it so that when I start my ps4 it automatically just uses my account? The way it is now I always get hit with the start up screen that asks "who is using the controller?" and gives me a new account option and my account.

Yes there is, and this is done in [Login Settings] > [Log In to PS4 Automatically]

Probably been answered but I cant seem to find out about this on the PS sites and all...how exactly do you pause and resume a game....tried doing it with Dying Light and I dont see anything...is it from the main screen where you have all your game? is it inside the game at the initial game menu...? is it an option when you turn off the PS4,like on the rest mode screen...? does it work with every game...?

There does not seem to be a set option. For my RGG 0 for example whenever I put the system into rest mode it seems to pause the game and when i start it up again i can resume it.

Okay,I will try exiting Dying Light lets say with the PS button but not close the game(application),go in rest mode and see what happens,thanks.

Didn't get the email, but would feel a little dirty taking $25 for that lawsuit (but wouldn't be able to turn it down) so I'll survive.

That is the 'set option'. Rest mode is suspend, assuming you have the options set to be so.

Didn't know about that Vita lawsuit....sucks to miss out on free 25$ PSN Credit (could of covered Shovel Knight or Broken Age) but oh well, got lots of games to play through now anyway :).

Ideally, for me this week would be a PS4 + Samurai Warriors 4 + Bloodborne.
Not carved in stone though, this gen couldn't have happened at a worse time for me.

And that's without saying that I still need a PS3 for my complete MGS walkthrough, Catherine and a fuckton of JRPG like Tales of Xillia..

Element4l was rated ages ago by pegi so I guess it's also coming to europe. Looks cool, I'm looking forward to that one, and of course to Stealth inc 2, whenever I'll get the money.

Curious to try Monsterbag but the footages I've seen confused me on how it should work

Oh wow, Element4l is coming out on PSN. I played it a few years ago, it's a really neat game with an amazing soundtrack. Highly recommended if you want to play a tough trial and error platformer that doesn't overstay its welcome.

So I'm deleting some of my 0% trophy lists. Neat feature even though you cannot delete 1/2% trophy lists and you can't even sort games on the mobile app.

Of course if I get some trophies on the games I'm deleting, the trophy lists will appear again rigth?
