Well, on the easiest difficulty there's no white noise (or whatever it's called) and some trophies are based on shooting enough of them.

I think I hit that trophy just playing the game normally, though. And you can replay those segments without doing a full replay.
I did my first playthrough on Easy and just grinded those after I finished the game.

I'm sure I'm late to the party but I got my copy of Freedom Wars. Only completed the tutorial mission so far. I think I got my avatar looking alright.
Anyone know what the digital price of Class of Heros 2G is supposed to be? I got my physical copy but since it's one of the lowest print runs for PS3 I'm not sure I should open it. Apparently the digital release is slightly delayed due to a cert failure for that version only.

I'm interested in hearing what you think of it. I've been debating whether or not I should take the plunge and get a copy. Looks like it has some really fun combat mechanics for a hunting game.

It's got a "grappling hook" and fairly standard third person gun controls (as well as melee weapons) so it's already more interesting to me than most hunting games. So far the most I've played of one is Soul Sacrifice pre-Delta (I got to Magusar and hit a brick wall)
The combination you mentioned of the hook and TPS gameplay is why it seems like a game I would enjoy. Gameplay videos of it look fun too.
I really like SoulSac but almost solely because it has such striking atmosphere/artstyle/story/lore, I'm a sucker for bleak depressing fantasy. God Eater Burst is also pretty neat, although I haven't put much time into it.
Somehow I spent around 55 hours in MonHun Unite (solo) and to this day I don't know why.

Tried NFS Most Wanted since it was free. Now I'm a bit sad. This is exactly the AAA pretty much uncompromised crap the Vita was supposed to have, what people say they wanted on Vita, blah blah blah. PRetty much right there.
Also, didn't realize how much it was like Burnout Paradise. I ignored it because I was grumpy over Criterion being gutted and tossed into NFS. Still grumpy actually. Grump.
Heard about NIS depending on Disgaea 5, that's crazy. Really hope they pull through. Disgaea is one of my fav series

Idk to me Disgaea just is a game that should be on a handheld, not a main console. Sure, there's always remote play in Disgaea 5's case but still. When it drops, that's where I will for sure be playing it for sure.
I wanna try it so bad. Only 3 more exams to go.

They've said a Vita version might not even be possible, for as of yet unknown reasons. Then again they said that about PS2 for Disgaea 3 and who knows. I don't think they'd deliberately not release on possible, lucrative platforms if they're really in such bad shape.

This is what confuses me. If they really are in a rough shape, wouldn't it make more sense to spend less on making the game and putting it on the platform that will sell more (at least in Japan, I takke it that they aren't accounting for international figures)? Game doesn't look any different from the others to be quite honest, technical-wise at least. Guess it's true 1080p now rather than 720p, other than that, all assets seem the exact same. I wonder what is going on, I sure would miss them if they were gone.

Must have been a delay on the webstore for me, then. I swear it said PS4 and nothing else.
I'm currently wading through LittleBigPlanet DLC to see what was made compatible with LBP3 today... legacy DLC for LBP releases is the biggest mess on PSN, by far. It takes awhile for stuff to realize you own it even after it's been made compatible.
Gonna have to buy the PS4 camera so I can do the Move Pack again. It's possible, but I doubt the cross controller DLC will ever be compatible... shame, 'cause there was some great material, sounds, objects and costumes in that pack.

In that PlayStation magazine thread, Spike Chunsoft said that they are making preparations for the next Danganronpa title. Could be a spinoff but I'm betting on 3.

The NIS stuff has me bummed. I have never beaten a Disgaea game, but they've got a nice aesthetic and they're fun. Also I have quite a few NISA games on my shelf right now. Hope they survive.

Rockman 8 with the real opening thats what i want! I love those games , all of them even if they are the japanese versions i remember finishing every single of those games in japanese but i dont know that language.

God that game looks so good. How people can say this was a disappointing way to close psx is beyond me. Certainly a lot more interesting than the likes of Uncharted.

It's a less interesting Sunset Overdrive lookalike, or at least that's the impression I had from the trailer.
I'm keeping my eyes on it though. It's in my list of games I should take a look at once I get a PS4, especially if Sunset Overdrive doesn't go multiplatform.

It looks nothing like Sunset Overdrive. It's not even he same genre, nor does it have a similar artstyle. Possibly a somewhat similar style of humour but that's about it. Gameplay looks like one of the most interesting of a multiplayer shooter in recent memory and it just looks ridiculously fun. Plus Jaffe. Hopefully this will launch without he kind of issues Twisted Metal had online.

I too can't see how this looks like Sunset Overdrive but oh well. Game looks fun as heck, and it puts interesting mechanics into the fray, certain characters are more effective against others, some not as effective. Gun variety also seems really good, and although some don't like the graphics, I dig them. It's something different, and I like different.

And yeah, the game itself (for decidedly non-game reasons) has been a bit of a mess and I was waiting for it to get sorted out. Seems it's mostly good as of the DLC fix yesterday and patch a few days earlier, but at least one more patch is coming for some other crashes.
That's interesting. Never seen codes like that.

They extremely recently added a "10 digit promo code" field at checkout on the webstore so I assume it's new.
And no I doubt there will be more sales on PS4 content by the 14th since the winter sales are going on once a week on the tuesdays, but you never know when there will be a weekend flashsale
