I am going to cry, I can't do any more ditto farming! I've caught about 25 ditto so far (yeah I know that's not actually that many, but it's been painful!), and I may finally have one with 31 in Speed, and maybe 31 in attack, though it's not 100%, does anyone know of a better calculator/method to double check that one?

But yeah. According to Serebii, everybody decreases by 5 points every day. Talking to them buffs them up 10 points, and just showing up buffs everyone by 3 points. The items you get are dependent on the NPC themselves. Full list here.
Although it seems I was mistaken, their points value seems to have no effect on what kind of items they leave. As long as they're there, you have a chance at their item. But it seems like it takes longer for people to leave in White Forest than Black City.

Why are you spreading out the EVs like that. It'll end in a "jack of all trades master of none" situation. Also, there's a good chance you wont be able to go online with that thing. The pokemons ID is tied to IV's and if they're changed the legality checker will block you from wi-fi matches. If your really planning on using a hacked mon you'll have to generate a legit ID that matches the IV's and nature of it.Shed_a_Ninja said:

Depends on your EV/IV setup. I bet you have yours with higher EVs for Special Attack and Speed.

Anyway, I tried fixing up my Ferrothorn in Pokesav with this setup-
Level 50
Sassy Nature (Special Defense +/Speed -)
HP: 162/31 IVs/100 EVs
Attack: 127/31 IVs/100 EVs
Defense: 164/31 IVs/100 EVs
Special Attack: 74/31 IVs/0 EVs
Special Defense: 178/31 IVs/210 EVs
Speed: 36/30 IVs/0 EVs
Instead, I got this (with that IV/EV spread inputted in Pokesav)-

FYI, he only gives you four props in all. They're Santa themed, a beard, a gift box, a Santa hat, and a bag. The rest you have to earn by performing in musicals and are given to you by random people in the entrance hall after your performance.
The musical theater owner gives you a few special ones when you talk to him after certain situations. He is on the upper floor.
- Crown prop when you talk to him after you win first place in a musical 5 times(maybe just one, I forgot)
- Winner's Belt after you win first place 30 times
- Tiara when you play with another real person. Talk to the lady to the left behind the counter to connect to someone. How you perform doesn't matter.
- Birthday Cake when you talk to him on your Birthday. I don't recommend you change the date on your DS to match your birthday, but rather change your birthday to match the date on your DS. That's what worked for me.

Right right that guy. I did get some fossils from him but, well, I already have all the fossil Pokemon and their evolutions. Push comes to shove I'd probably just breed them if I wanted another one.
Well, you can occasionally find evo stones in dust clouds in caves. You can also ask here if there's one in particular you're looking for. posted it a few pages back but I really had no luck with the dustclouds, whats worse is that only Sun and Shiny are available in my Black City and no one in my White Forest will sell an evo stone even if I transfer them. Just ordered my copy with a new DS, since mine is broken. I've been listening to the music on youtube (couldn't help it! Only routes and town track though), I must say Route 12 music is really great.
I hate the way the team plasma member says that it'll "maybe" come back if you leave the room.
