does anyone have an extra rufflet they can trade me?

i can offer a vullaby, beartic, archen, mienfoo, shieldon, lapras, lickitung, clefairy, or omastar.

I have 2 females that I got from the cave so its no biggy of neither is female.

im getting one from Black-Wind but i'll still take you up on that trade! i plan on levelling up 1 to get Braviary anyways.

Anyone willing to swap a baby Tirtouga for a baby Archen?
I can pop out a baby Archen in a gender/nature combo; no IV identifiers though, as I have yet to beat the game.

I also need power items. No clue how I can get them easily without have to sink hours into the battle subway. Wish you could just buy them. :/

Try doing the Single line. It's easier than the Super Single line (Unova pokes only, plus the first 16 or so trainers have NFE Pokémon mostly), and if you complete 21 battles, you'll have 16 BP (3 + 3 + 10), enough to get a single Power item.

Also, Black-Wind, I'm almost done. Currently mindlessly bicycling up and down, reading an FFTA LP.

Bah, just noticed that if I want to give a Gible Outrage, I first have to teach it to Haxorus, breed it to a Larvitar, and then breed it to a Gible.

I had like 20 Gible ready to go...

Edit: The Gible I got through GTS already has Outrage, couldn't I just breed it with one of the females I made to get Outrage?

if he is male yep, should work (but be sure to put outrage in the first attack slot, you never know :p )

Oh well might see if someone around here has a spare they're willing to trade tomorrow.

As of right now the steps would be:

Level up Haxorus to 66 (I think its just under 50)
Breed Pupitar I caught to get female Larvitar
Rub Haxorus with Larvitar together
Get male Larvitar with at least a good attack IV
Breed Larvitar with female Gible
Play the good IV game.... for a 2nd time with Gibles.

I'd actually do the IV dance first; it's a lot easier and less finicky to do without worrying about erasing Egg moves.

If you're still around, I have an extra male Outrage Gible I bred just now. That should make things easier on you.

Although, not sure how much longer I can stay up. It's 4:32 AM here...

Thinking about it, we'll probably need an OT3 in a few weeks (the mods usually cap threads at 20k posts.) Which gives me the opportunity to expand my OP out over a few posts. Phew, for a second I thought I was gonna have to start cutting content.
