What's the preferred nature and moveset for Hydreigon?

I tend to hate Pokemon with mixed movesets due to having the attack/special attack stats being too similar.

Timid isn't that great for Hydreigon since it won't outspeed anything other than Haxorus and all the base 100s will outspeed regardless.

252 Hp / 120 Def / 136 S.Def, with a nature boosting S.Def. You can tailor that based on whether you'll be taking more physical or special attacks, but you'll generally want to Max out HP.

New to EV training here-- question: Is EV training something you generally end up doing after the main story when you are seeking multiplayer matches? Or is it something you do along your main journey? I'm just curious. I have a shiny misdreavus I want to eventually EV train but I dunno if I should wait for later. Just started White btw.
