I remember seeing a similar program someone made for the Gen IV games that allowed you to basically create ANY Pokemon you want and send it to your game through a similar method...
Although, I don't quite agree with that. Getting one-off event legendaries is alright, but I think taking the easy route to give yourself a super-strong perfect IV Pokemon is a bit cheap, especially if you're a person who spent actual in-game time raising them.
Speaking of which, I really want to do some EV training once I beat the main game...I'm not going to go with perfect IVs, and I'm going to use Smogon's advice for EV spreads and move-sets, but I just want to train some of my favorites to use in WiFi and the Subway without getting totally smashed...
Druddigon is first up, since I've already breeded an Adamant one with Rough Skin to create the "Hot Stove" set (Crimgan armed with a Rugged Helmet, Fire Fang, Glare, Dragon Claw, and Earthquake) and I find him cooler than simply training the super-powered Dragon Pokemon like Hydreigon and Garchomp. People who got a Druddigon from me might notice that it has Fire Fang and Glare...although, out of the 30+ Druddigon I bred, only TWO were Adamant, and only one was Adamant with Rough Skin.
After that, I think I'm going to train some older dudes first before jumping in to the new Pokemon...I'm thinking Cloyster (Skill Link Set!), Cradily, etc.
Anyway, the only EV Pokemon I have so far are Medicham, Hariyama, Hypno, and Stantler...I've used the first three in a few online battles in Black and they did pretty good, but I need to diversify my type spread a bit. Ghost Pokemon totally DESTROY them, such as the Golurk I ended up facing.
