As someone who owns both a Vita and a 3DS neither are worth buying. Vita's game situation is no where near as bad as it's being made out to be, but it's not drowning in games and the outlook looks cloudy. 3DS has games, but is by far the worst piece of professionally made hardware I've ever owned. Do I regret buying either? I kind of regret buying a 3DS because I bought one off my friend for $200 like 2 weeks before the price drop announcement But otherwise, not really. I just wouldn't recommend either to anyone.

Sounds pretty cool. I always hated how Smogon focused on metagames with fake Pokemon like Wish Blissey.

It's the Bigfoot of event Pokemon. People say it's real but I've never seen one in person.
There are plenty of rare event Pokemon. But at this point, they're all clones that have been traded and cloned over and over. And that's not really any different from people cloning their perfect RNG'ed Pokemon for trade.
The Blissey event was before RNGing. I don't think I've seen any legit wish Blisseys with competitive stats. It's been a few years since I've looked though.
There are legit hack checked WishBliss' that are viable. Their IVs are no where near what a standard Blissey will be, but thanks to the change in Wish mechanics this generation, WishBliss with mediocre IVs is still really viable. 'I've never seen one in person' doesn't disqualify a Pokemon from being real.
