Mine was the Trainer Battle Theme (RBY), now it's the Rival Battle Theme (RBY).
Thinking of changing it to the Bike Theme (RBY or GSC.)
I have Audacity setup to record from whatever's sent to my speakers, so I can pretty much make anything I want into an MP3.
(I still buy my music from Google Music, mind.)

There are apps which contain functions to turn music tracks into ringtones, such as Ringtone Designer.

My text notification is the PokeCenter Heal Jingle (RBY) and I ain't ever changing it.
On Android you just put it in the /ringtones/ directory on your phone.
