You can breed Milotic, right? I ask because they'd probably be a hot commodity for the trade network. My biggest goal in this game is to do what I have never done before...actually catch them all. Thus, trade fodder would be nearly as valuable as the pokemon itself.

Or should I just go all out and ask for a Mew or Shaymin or whichever Legendary I need (Kyogre or Groudon) to complete that one event?


BTW, I'm not trading tonight since I don't have my DS handy at the moment.

That would be excellent. If you wouldn't mind parting with the US Mew (just named Mew) and a stone I can use to evolve an Eevee (any would be fine) that would be ace. I can do the trade tomorrow evening if you'll be around. Sadly, I don't have any worth while items to give the Drowzee, I'm actually not very deep into the game yet. I'm kinda just hanging around the daycare trying to catch Dittos with good natures.

No probs, I don't need items. For the trade, bring in Drowzee and 3 other trashes. Will give you Mew, Crunch Riolu, Aerodactyl (Jolly nature), and a Pursuit Sneasel egg. They will hold valuable items to aid you in your quest.

Just PM me when you wanna do the trade, I'm free all day (my first off :D ).

I see that the Choice Band/Scarf/Specs are highly recommended for a lot of competetive pokemon, but is it really a good idea to limit yourself to one move?

Curse Battle Frontier for having Earthquake being so expensive!

Uh... you can get Steelix sooner than the 8th badge. In SS, at least, you can catch wild Steelix (~Lv24) in a cave on the way to the Safari Zone. That's how I got mine.

That'll be a hell of a lot easier than the other way (which I believe is trading when he's holding a Metal Coat).

It does kind of suck, but there's usually a lot of switching going on in battles vs. other players anyway.

Yeah, just register me, go into the middle room downstairs in the Pokemon Center, and (if I'm not already in there) go up to the screen at the north end of the room. Select trade, and wait until I get in there. If I'm already in there, just talk to my sprite.

Riolu is a baby Pokémon, so it can't breed. You have to evolve it first.
