At the moment Splinter is one of the few people I Town lean right now, Gorlak. You're going to have to back that up with something other than 'he is totes scum m8'.
If they are aware of this then what do they think of potentially being able to roleblock the Cop/Doctor? Similarly, do you believe that the Trainer you are talking to is Town?
Woke up with a cold today, honestly just feel like checking in and picking up tomorrow, but I'll see if I can read back through the thread and come up with those reads on Melon, L_P and nin I'd promised yesterday if nothing else.
The Sophia/Sketch situation sucks; sucks that Sophia wasn't having fun, and also feels frustrating to have a someone replace her when she was a big discussion point for today. Sketch, does your trainer "feel" town to you like it did for Topo and Sophia? They both were very clear about that. Do you feel like they're acting like someone with the same win condition as town? I just don't know how a town player would risk roleblocking important town PRs for what seems to be nothing more than some extra moral victory.

To be honest, their trainer doesn't seem town aligned, but maybe their superior win condition is neutral? I don't like it either way. Are we sure a PR's abilities get sealed when caught though? If they do then regardless of affiliation I'd want the trainers lynched.
I just thought of it as a gambit for day 2 so I didn't put much stock in that claim, but was that wrong?

i had a great day at the amusement park and i did not follow the game until now. made a post yesterday but only looked over who was killed and responed to roy the lol
Gambits should have reasons. I'd be worried about people taking "I didn't want to be caught" as an excuse, but thats basically everybody.
I dont like that shit at all. I would call all those that are listed unter here as "inactives" since they are either inactive or not really doing something to push the conversations forwad. Blarg is just posting along and there is another one whokeeps shouting like a teenger.

Actually I townread that. It's something I'd expect scum to discuss as part of their PR hunting, so for you to bring it up so late suggest a)you are genuinely catching up on things and b)you aren't part of a team

I don't think we have a superior win condition? Unless everyone gets the "Gotta catch em all" one Ty4on had. (is that right? That's the trainer with the full flip?)
Sophia got yelled at by Retro when she tried to double vote today. So unless that was because she really did ran out of shots, her power was indeed blocked.
I am on two minds about the Topo trainer right now. On the one had their power does seem to be more a danger to town then a benefit. This is especially the case since they need to be careful to NOT catch scum since that would out them. According to Sketch, the trainer is aware of this fact, so that means we have a trainer that blocks his targets and actively has to avoid hitting scum? That doesn't sound beneficial to town.
On the other hand, Topo (confirmed town) and Sophiasketch seem to be pretty convinced their trainer is town. If they are right, lynching their trainer would still bring scum one step closer to victory, even if their powers are anti-town.
There are hearts on the background, but at the same time that monster is brutally eating the cute Rowlet. I get mixed messages from this image.

I think I understand what you're asking..? Let me elaborate but let me know if I got your question wrong.
Basically, I think there are 3 Trainers and each is of a different alignment. Ty4on was shown to be the Town Trainer, leaving Scum and Neutral as the two remaining alignments. Since Gaga died on Night 1 it can be assumed that Gaga is the Neutral Trainer since Scum getting killed on N1 is both incredibly rare and would require that the Scum kill got stopped by a Doctor on the same Night. It's not impossible to happen, but considering that the Gaga power was then transferred to whoever Barry attempted to catch on Night 1 that means that Team Gaga should now only consist of the New Trainer and 1 Caught Pokemon. This means that the Topo/Star Mystery Trainer can not be Gaga as Topo was caught ( and did not flip as Gaga ) and now Sophia/Star got caught, meaning the Trainer had to be active on Night 1 and Night 2 for that to happen.
This leaves the Mystery Trainer who caught Topo/Star, a Trainer who apparently roleblocks whoever they catch, as the last remaining unknown. I personally believe they are Scum and are a detriment to Town since if they caught the Cop or the Doctor we would lose that PR until that Trainer dies.
Or Salva and CM.

The thing that bothered me is that you are stating something that sophia /SS said as a fact. That she was indeed caught.
Alright, I've been quiet today because I was trying to figure out what we should do, but I think I've made up my mind. We have to lynch the trainer. Worst case scenario we lose an incredibly anti town role, more likely we lynch neutral/scum. Either way we would likely only have 1 trainer remaining, which should put this "superior win" bullshit to rest.

OK. I think I am finally following this roleblocker trainer discussion coherently. I did wonder what would happen if scum caught Pokemon that have an ability it would make the team far too powerful if scum could also absorb all the abilities like that.
Moreover, do you think that each trainer has an added ability or just in the case of the scum trainer?

Yeah? why do you think that? Not engaging seems very counterproductive in scum hunting. There has been a lull of activity for almost this entire day phase, plenty of time to jump in before Sawneeks called you out.
It's fine if you want to spring-board of my post. As long as you're posting finally.
I disagree that is a better list. The omission of several high profile inactives however you wanna define is very strange.
