Pokemon sequel is under development for DS

I tried that... no extra free Jirachi from the Colo Bonus Disc cause I'd already installed the patch from it on my Ruby cart. I traded a PKMN with my Colo & XD saves to it as well but no fix. Batterys dead after just 7 years. Sapphires still works somehow even though I played it alot more. I guess that'll go sooner or later to. Sapphire shuttle launches up to 371 btw.

Maybe you can try backuping your savegame with a gameshark or any other Datel cheating cart, replace the battery then restore the game.

And also I think there was an exploit to transfer more than 6 pokémon a day to the DS games.

Arcanine:

Pokémon Ruby Pokédex Entry said:
Arcanine is known for its high speed. It is said to be capable of running over 6,200 miles in a single day and night. The fire that blazes wildly within this Pokémon's body is its source of power.

Fucking awesome.

Ninetales:

Pokémon Stadium Pokédex Entry said:
It is extremely vindictive. It is said to lay a 1,000-year long curse if its tail is pulled as a joke.

Wtf is this shit? Sounds like a "girl" my cousin was dating.

Just so you know, having nine tails>having one tail. 9>1. I rest my case.

So do I.

Mostly. A lot of those Pokes I like basically the same.

Edit: Where did everyone get these new Avatars? I've been stuck on WoW since I joined a guild, I'm missing out. :lol

A lot of small little changes could be made easily, multi-directional movement for one. Pokémon was always about the world, the atmosphere and the Pokémon themselves.

Honestly, I feel like the battle system as is relies far too much on luck and hard counters. Super effective attacks shouldn't be as damaging and Non-effective attacks shouldn't be so worthless. It'd also be great if many of the luck based elements (sleep, confusion) weren't so luck based anymore.

I recognize that I'm basically asking for a complete overhaul. I kinda think that's what it needs. The Pokemon meta-game of creating a crack team of Pokemon is awesome, but I don't think the gameplay is near the same level.

We've been inducted into the Gaffoh Pokemon League as official gym leaders. ;O

Edit- Well some of us not yet, we still need to make our teams. But we've chosen types!

Ninetails look good but is ruined by weaboos and their OMG KITSUNE kemonomimi bullshit.

Also, I am always irked when they refer to the mystic foxes (nogitsune) as kitsune. Kitsune is just fox.

Serebii says the starters may be revealed some time next week:

The first details of the Pokémon Sunday episode due for airing in Japan on May 16th have come and have indicated that part of the show will feature details about the three starter Pokémon of Pokémon Black & White among various other Black & White details. This episode is to be titled Latest Pokémon Games & Movies Scoop Special (ポケモン最新ゲーム&映画のスクープ連発スペシャル!). If this holds true, then it is highly likely that we will get the Starter Pokémon within CoroCoro which is due for release on May 15th, but we'll likely get it earlier at the start of next week. Check back for more as it comes.

I have come to the conclusion that the Pokemon games need to be bigger or something.
They have hundreds of Pokemon, but you can only use six at a time.
I guess challenging people gives it some life, but there just needs to be more I think.

Actually, one addition that I actually WOULD like is being able to create "preset" teams so that you can go into a box, go to the right preset and your team will change instantly without having to screw around with the box.

Actually, the whole box system itself is one relic of the GB games that I do think needs to go away. It was quite necessary back when RAM was at a premium and storing the complete information for 300+ pokemon in RAM wasn't feasible, but you should be able to catalog your pokemon collection as a complete set without having to deal with boxes.

I think they should just include a "laptop" that the player can carry with them that has same functions as the PCs.

It's not like getting to the Centers is the problem with the storage system.

Anything that makes pokemon organization more streamlined and efficient is welcome in my book. The preset teams thing sounds like it could be fun. They won't let you actively carry more than six pokemon at a time because that's part of what the battle system is based on as well as using it for dungeon areas (why feel threatened by a cave area when you can just swap out a hurt pokemon for a fresh one?), but doing it in boxes the way it is currently feels unnecessarily outdated. I'd at least like the option to pick which box a newly-caught pokemon is sent to, to avoid having to sort through all of that later on.

I don't necessarily think a laptop is necessary, but you could always keep the challenge of caves, etc but having it drop out of signal in these areas.

Torkoal is so bad that many people seem to have forgotten even about it's existence!

And, well. It's a fair match between Oddish and Bellsprout, but Victreebel is so better than anything that evolves from Oddish!

So are the starters actually going to get revealed or are we just getting silhouettes again?
I remember when Zoroark was "revealed" we didn't actually see what it looked like for at least a week afterwards.

That's probably up in the air less than whether final evolutions will be single-type or not.
Yeah I know but I find it odd that contrary to other starter types, grass starters are always reptile like pokemon(dinosaur, gecko, turtle)
I'd like a bear with green fur.

Hopefully they show the trainer's art this week . . . but its likely just some BS blacked out image like they did with Zorark or w/e the name is. >_>

Yeah it's still airing the old ep right now. We won't get anything for at least another 10 minutes, I think.

The left looks like the grass one, but none of the other two look like fire oddly.

Or maybe the left is fire and they're not petals like I thought of?

Hmm.

The three Pokemon are definitely the starters that have been hinted at lately.

The grass starter is most likely the top one, while the other two could swing either way. As of right now, I'm placing my bet on the Pokemon on the right-hand as being the water starter.
